I mean if you're necrotizing fasciitis specifically, maybe showing your effects on your vessel? Like you know how some have wearable tattoo sleeves? Something like that but instead of meaning to look like tattoos it's meant to look like you've started decaying your vessel. Large patches of reds, greens, purples, and blackened, dying skin, even make it look split open to reveal bone being eaten away(use multiple layers of fabric for a nice layering effect!)
Similarly you could actually get tattoos to that effect--people get tattoos that're meant to look like exposed meat and bone from nonspecific animal bites and scratches all the time. But that's a bit more permanent than 'gear' i suppose.
Could also wear accessories or pieces styled after decayed ones--mix and match fursuit pieces in a dedicated style, like you're claiming that which you consume and wearing it like a trophy(or a quick snack.) or decorate yourself with bugs and scavenger animals that might come to eat with you? You could get a custom fabric printed with worms and flies and maggots and stuff on it maybe! Or even with bacteria as seen under a microscope, or micrographs of it? To start more simple you could look for existing fabrics that give you a similar vibe.
And I'm sure there are fragrances out there that have a scent that might appeal to you, if that's a route you'd wanna go. (It probably wouldn't be well received around others though, if that's a concern. . . .)
It wouldn't quite be the same as something more directly representing you but like it might be a start. . .? Assuming you don't do any of this already of course. 🙃

Human kids should be allowed to act like animals even if it turns out they aren't actually therianthropes. Let the kids connect with their bodies and move in ways that aren't so restricted.
