One of my favorite Vocaloids in high school was Miki after I heard a cover of "Hacking to the Gate" someone did using her, though I remember having trouble finding many other songs featuring her (at least on YouTube...NicoNicoDouga was too intimidating for me).

So, I'm happy that more producers seem to be using her now compared to a decade and a half ago. :)

For @byjessicaelena's Repost Your Art challenge, I redrew Dragonfruit Sorbet, a magical girl I created for Magical March 2019 to fit the theme "magic."

My art has really changed since then, eh? I know I could be making faster improvement if I studied more instead of doing whatever I like, but I'm still happy I can still see some big changes. :) Also redesigned her a bit...I mean, doesn't it make more sense to have the green bits on the outside?

I've been sitting on this for way too long (months!)...sometimes it's hard to tell when you're "done" with something, you know?

I was quite frustrated with the coloring process for a while, but once I realized that I was abusing the "multiply" setting way too much and cut back, the end result ended up much better. :)

Octopus-of-the-Valley flowers! Also included the un-rendered version since my brother said he rather liked it. :)

I started this in 2023 intending to make a series of free wallpapers featuring birth month flowers (starting with May 2023), but I kept getting discouraged...I picked up the idea again last year, redoing pretty much everything, but I still didn't quite like it...

But at last I've managed to push through! :)

It's not May yet, but you can get them for free on my Ko-fi shop!

This Wooper in particular must be incredibly tiny to be sleeping on a flower, but I just really wanted to draw hydrangeas...
