The demon - Etrigan/jason blood

DC - specifically Doom patrol, Blue beetle (Ted Kord), and sprinkle in some other stuff. I can basically tell you a bit about any character from DC, or at the least heard of them.

Marvel - Almost exclusively X-men, sometimes Fantastic four them guys are alr, spiderman, Moon Knight, Great Lakes Avengers.

Star wars - I’m a movie watcher, some shows, been meaning to finish Clone wars.

Transformers - I have dabbled a bit in almost everything. I enjoy reading random character wikis. I love Blaster and Soundwave, them two my favorites. I always have random facts. I love talking about animals! I also love learning about them too! Bugs, Rabbits, fish, seals, polar bears! any speical creatures I adore! My loser role for characters applies to animals as well.

Now that I’m getting back into Transformers it’s interesting to see how a lot of the ships had evolved into a new form of “fandom ship” where those characters relationship gets tossed into a “canon” version.

This isn’t to say this is a horrible thing so much is to say it’s an interesting observation. I adore fanworks that cover things like romance and different forms of relationships, but sometimes when a single version gets popular, it hinders exploration.

Dratchet comes to mind in that the MTMTE version of Drift seems to be the default personalty when included in other continuities, rarely exploring new or different dynamics between him and Ratchet, despite the interesting backstories for both of them.

It’s also interesting how when some ships become synonymous with the characters themselves, the expectation for creators in fan spaces change as well; in personal experience with the LLCS AU, I’ve had people get real mad at me that I made Bee a human and Starscream a cat bc that interrupts the ship. A LOT of people were mad in my askbox when Pharma was revealed to be human(and dead lmao). People have gotten upset at my refusal to protray the cats’ relationships romantically as well. What even?

Regardless, it’s fun to study a large fandom like Transformers and see what influences it.

To be very clear about this: CPUs aren't magical devices that can operate forever. They generate heat. They wear out over time. This happens faster when they're operating near capacity. This is not just an attempt to inconvenience you; this is an attempt to damage your property.

OH your latest Jason art is lovely but I gotta know, what are the marks on his body? Also I keep noticing he has elf ears, why? Also damn it now I headcanon Jason can play violin so well nobody can resist dancing

SO !! The marks are scars, whip scars, iron shackle scars, bite marks, bullet wounds etc etc, Etrigan has some whip scars as well. As for the elf ears occasionally in BTAS/DCAU they have sharp points. I have no idea why they only occasionally did it, but it was enough for me to go "elf ears!"

Ouhhh Etrigan with a fish tail… eating that idea up it’s so cool :O also if I can ask- how come you draw Jason with a violin? Is there a canon reason (only read up to 90s the demon stuff sorry if there is a canon thing) or are you wanting to give him a different twist from the comics?

No you’re good! There isn’t a canon version of Jason with a Violin. It my own interpretation, a physical manifestation for his magic, casting type things like wands and what not, but a violin!

It just seemed like the right fit for Jason and I was rather pissed that his magic in the 90s comics was so lackluster. I was also a bit inspired by the Devil Went Down to Georgia by Charle Daniels. It just seems like something Jason would have!
