I don't normally do sculpts likes that one as I prefer making low poly models for animation but in both cases it's good to have good topology. A mistake I see a lot beginner's have is having WAY too many polygons and poorly placed polygons which can cause issues with UV's, textures, rendering speed etc. Even that sculpt I made has TERRIBLE topology which made it difficult to texture

In general try to cut down on polygon counts and learn re-topology. Srry this is a lot but I hope this is helpful!
