(Astrid slowly starts to wake up from her "nap". Atleast an hour or so has passed. She's still half asleep but she's slowly waking up. She forgot where she was and forgot that she was covered in blood, she was just so comfortable. If she could've she would've slept a lot longer)

★ Oh! Hi! Did you have a nice sleep? :]

(she's startled for a moment before looking up and seeing Nova, her hands slowly easing their grip on their shirt)

"Sleep? Oh, Um....yeah. Thank you. For- that"

(Her hands reaches up to rub her side where her ribs are)

"I didnt know I feel asleep. It felt like it was happening all over again....."

★ Mhm! You feelin alright, darling?

(She seemed to sink further into them hearing the nickname, she kinda liked hearing them say it)

"I'm ok. Just- that nightmare again. Have you been standing this whole time? Here, sit down, you must be tired"

(She gently grasps their sleeves to try and sit them down next to her)

(She doesn't think before she acts, she juet feels so guilty for them. She brings their conjoined hands to her lips and presses a kiss to Nova's hands, leaving a tiny blue lipstick mark)

*[they're blushing furiously now, surprised at the action (but they don't exactly hate it)]*

(she seems alittle startled by the noise, glancing up. She expected anger or maybe embarrassment, but when all she saw was surprise she feels compelled to do it again, pressing another kiss to their hands, leaving yet another mark)

*[they dont even know how to react. they just sort of short circuited. they stare down at the marks on their hands, their tail beginning to wag]*

(She looks up at Nova's lost face before seeing their tail. Her pupils watch everywhere it goes like a cat, her pupils almost as her eyes. Her lips are still very close to their hands but she seems very distracted)

(exactly lol. Astrid has her eyes locks right on their tail, if she had her own it'd be wagging very fast. Her rests her chin on their hands, just watching it)

(Astrid slowly starts to wake up from her "nap". Atleast an hour or so has passed. She's still half asleep but she's slowly waking up. She forgot where she was and forgot that she was covered in blood, she was just so comfortable. If she could've she would've slept a lot longer)

"Hm?"

★ Oh! Hi! Did you have a nice sleep? :]

(she's startled for a moment before looking up and seeing Nova, her hands slowly easing their grip on their shirt)

"Sleep? Oh, Um....yeah. Thank you. For- that"

(Her hands reaches up to rub her side where her ribs are)

"I didnt know I feel asleep. It felt like it was happening all over again....."

★ Mhm! You feelin alright, darling?

*[the nickname kinda js. slipped. whoops!]*

(She seemed to sink further into them hearing the nickname, she kinda liked hearing them say it)

"I'm ok. Just- that nightmare again. Have you been standing this whole time? Here, sit down, you must be tired"

(She gently grasps their sleeves to try and sit them down next to her)

★ A nightmare?

*[they sit down with her]*

★ and, uh, yeah, i kidna was standing the entire time ha-

(she tries not to lean on them too much, her hands finding theirs again)

"You should've woken me, you shouldn't have to stand that whole time just because I'm sleeping, I can always sleep at home. Your comfort comes first"

★ No, no, it's okay! You probably needed the sleep anyway! 'Sides, I've basically been trained by a friend's cat not to move an inch in these situations, haha!

(she stares at both their hands, her thumbs stroking their knuckles)

"Can I atleast do something for you to make up for it?I don't like the thought of you standing for so long just so I can sleep. You've done so much for me already...."

(She doesn't think before she acts, she juet feels so guilty for them. She brings their conjoined hands to her lips and presses a kiss to Nova's hands, leaving a tiny blue lipstick mark)

★ I- wuh- waoH-

*[they're blushing furiously now, surprised at the action (but they don't exactly hate it)]*

(she seems alittle startled by the noise, glancing up. She expected anger or maybe embarrassment, but when all she saw was surprise she feels compelled to do it again, pressing another kiss to their hands, leaving yet another mark)

*[they dont even know how to react. they just sort of short circuited. they stare down at the marks on their hands, their tail beginning to wag]*

(She looks up at Nova's lost face before seeing their tail. Her pupils watch everywhere it goes like a cat, her pupils almost as her eyes. Her lips are still very close to their hands but she seems very distracted)

*[there is not a single thought behind their eyes lmao. only wag]*

(exactly lol. Astrid has her eyes locks right on their tail, if she had her own it'd be wagging very fast. Her rests her chin on their hands, just watching it)

*[they blink, seemingly breaking themself from their trance]*

★ S- Sorry-

(she looks back up at them, taking her chin off their hands)

"Oh- uh. It's ok. I just get distracted"

(She resumes rubbing their knuckles with her thumbs)

"I'm sorry if I distracted you but really. Can I do something for you to make up for making you stand for so long? Anything at all. And I'm not taking no for an answer, Starlight."
