OBVIO, también hice la versión de mujer. 100% algodón, la técnica de estampado que se usa en estas telas data de muchos siglos atrás y consiste en la impresión, con bloques de madera perforados a mano, de superficies y en este caso telas. Por cada color hay un bloque distinto, en este caso se usó el color negro y un pigmento rojo que proviene de diferentes especias de origen indio maceradas por semanas. Yo puse de mi propia cosecha en el corte de la camisa, por lo general son rectas pero decidí probar un patrón "curvs-friendly". Esta camisa para hombre está inspirada en cosas y personas que observé en mi reciente viaje. Está hecha con 100% algodón estampado a mano, el pigmento con el que se hizo el color negro está hecho de la fermentación del vinagre y el hierro, en un proceso que dura unos 40 días. Está confeccionada artesanalmente y los botones son de concha nácar natural, obviamente pegados a mano. Haré unas 2-3 como estas porque tienen todo el amor del mundo. Sometimes a life lesson can hit you on the way to a train station, just listen to everyone. When we met Suraj, he was making compliments to us continously, a very talkative and outgoing man, but the thing I won't forget from all he said and his life story, is the way he spoke about his wife. "You are beautiful, ma'am, but I am already with the most beautiful woman in the world, she is better than any other women i've seen, I will show you". The pride and how lucky he felt of having her as a wife made me believe again that true love and long relationships can be possible. Now I decided I don't need a man who says "I love you" every second of the day; instead, when he speaks about me, even if i'm not there, I want him to reflect happiness, pride and admiration.
