Dr Astrid Lorange is a writer, editor and teacher from Sydney, Australia. She lectures in contemporary theory at UNSW Art & Design. Alongside Andrew Brooks she is one-half of the critical art collective, Snack Syndicate. Astrid’s poetry, criticism, art writing and scholarly work has been published locally and internationally. Current works-in-progress include a monograph on Vincent Namatjira, a poetry book called Libidinal Alarm, and a research project on documentary poetics and the relation between poetry and the law.
