Vee had a determined look on her screen.
"I talked to Dandy yesterday, and he's hiding something. Something big. But he refused to tell me."
"And I think Astro knows what he's hiding."
"Yeah.. still." Shelly watched as Vee opened the door. She let out a audible gasp. There he really was. Astro. Astro and him bye his side. They were covered in splashes of ichor and Astro's eyes tinted a light red. "Astro.. Astro.. You were running this all along?!" @astrosblanket
>[Sh- Shelly?! Vee?!] Astro seemed a bit surprised to see the two there, looking back from dandy, to the girls.

Vee scoffed.
"Why don't you answer first?"
She looked past the two toons, taking in the ichor, the vials, the obvious experiments.

For the first time ever, Vee looked horrified.
"...What have you done?"
Astro was silent, unable to explain his actions, or those of Dandy. He didn’t know what to say, and if he did, the words wouldn’t come out.
instead, he stared at the ground, avoiding the girls gazes.
"Just answer the question."
"What is the Ichor Operation?"
>[I…. I can’t answer that Vee. It’s confidential.]

She looked around at the ichor experiments.
"How could Gardenview possibly benefit from this?"

Astro saw Rodger, and his heart just sank with more guilt.
>[Right- Right… that’s fine…!]
He turned around quickly left, going back to his own room.
He watched him leave, before slipping out of his room to follow him.
>"Astro I’m sorry, please lets talk—"
>[No… No..! You want “alone” time, so have it! I’ll be fine. We can talk later if that’s what you want…]
Astro stopped in his tracks turning around to face Glisten, wiping his ichor tears with his blanket.
>"I don’t know how to face you! I’m so confused and with out you I was all alone!"
Glisten stared at him, his anger faltering as he stared at the tears.
>[You have him.. I don’t see what you’d get from me, Glisten.]
>[I’m sure he can help you more than I can. He’s full of knowledge anyways.]

"Hey, Astro. Would you wanna go looking for fossils later..? Tisha cancelled on me.."

Astro wiped some black ichor off from his hands onto his blanket, staining it.
"What's that?" Shelly tilted her head, about to take a closer look. (Pre-Ichor Operation gets out of control timeline)
>[Oh.. uhm… some of Glistens makeup smudged my hands.. that’s all.]
He lied. He was a terrible liar. Astro didn’t want to tell Shelly what really happened though, it put him through more guilt thinking about it.
>[Lets- Let’s just get collecting… shall we?]
".. I haven't seen him wear black makeup.." She just shook her head, her expression lightening a little, brushing it off. She started walking towards her little sand pit. She didn't know Shanon (toon handler) placed the fossils there yet, but she would rather not know. "You know, it's weird that Dandy said we'd be going down into the rooms to fix things. I wonder what he meant."
He followed her closely behind until they got to the pit.
>[Oh.. I wonder…]
"Honestly, I think it's bold of him to tell us to do something when he's not even going down there himself. Those rooms haven't been touched in forever." Shelly kept rambling. "Sorry, am I talking too much?"
>[No… it’s fine! I’m more of a listener anyways.. but I do see your point!]
There was silence. Shelly didn't mind it, though she wanted to talk. "About.. Gli-" Shelly stopped herself, she shouldn't be asking about him. "About Dandy. What do you know about what he's planning with the rooms?"
His eyes narrowed a bit.
>[I can’t say for sure, but he seems to be quite excited for it.]
"All that I know is that it makes me uneasy, and I don't have a good feeling about it."

Astro wiped his ichor stained eyes, looking up at Glisten with guilt on his face. His blanket was stained with the ichor from Glisten.

Getting the words out felt more like chore than it usually was.
>[About the things I did.. and the not so truthful things I said.. I- I’m sorry..]
>"R-Really?.. Sorry?.. after all that.."
He stared at him, seeing his state. The pity he felt fighting the anger and betrayal he felt.
>[I… I really want to make it up to you Glisten… please.. is there anything I can do…?]
He didn’t look away, no matter if tears were still falling or if his eyes were stained a shade a of red from irritation of the ichor. Astro wanted to give glisten, his universe, his whole attention.

Glisten stared at Astro, glancing away. Those bloodshot eyes making him crumble.
>"Just.. give me a moment.."
He shut the door, looking at Rodger in his room, whom he was just speaking to.
