Okay I know I haven’t been that active lately but I’m back and here are the challenges I’ll be doing during February! If any want’s to join me and post their own before and after measurements I’d be happy to hear about your progress. Let’s do this since this is the month of love hopefully I’ll be loving my butt and waistline when this is over.

It is so simple that you could just do it in the morning right when you wake up or do them in bits throughout the day. Just do it and you will start seeing your thighs getting stronger and slimmer!

Hey! Well first things first, cardio is your best friend. You need to burn the layer of fat which is covering the muscle through things such as running, power walking, HIIT training, sprinting, elliptical, spinning, rollerblading, skipping, football, etc. There’s really endless opportunities for cardio.
Whilst doing this, you should also be toning the thighs through exercise like front and side lunges, squats, deadlifts, leg lifts, leg circles, wallsits, etc.
Also check out this mini workout below. I would try to repeat it 3-4 times or alternate between doing this and another workout a few times for 20-30 mins. Just do as much as you can depending on your fitness levels :)

Emotional Exercising - Most people have a problem where they eat when they’re bored or sad. Next time you’re bored don’t head for the kitchen, head outside or to the gym or where ever it is you exercise and do some workouts. You’ll feel much better. And if you’re sad try going for a walk or a jog instead of drowning yourself in ice cream and chocolates. It’ll be good exercise and even help give you time to think and clear your head.
