troons singlehandedly set back feminism 50 years backwards, i am serious. i see so much potential energy for female solidarity around nowadays - actually feminism is probably the strongest it has ever been. just imagine if instead of bonding through flimsy stuff like "girly hobbies" (which, let's be honest, is not a free uncoerced choice on our part at all; it's just the comfy option) - all for the sake of being "inclusive" to transwimmin, - we instead felt closer to each other on the basis of the shared sex alone. just like that. without even thinking about superficial similarities we might have. so much creative energy could be unleashed. instead of protecting and reinforcing reductive and false ideas of what women are, also known as "gender", we could have finally become who we naturally are instead.
