SALVE MAKING WORKSHOP AT ATLAS SPACE

Salve making workshop, Thursday November 21st from 7-8:30 pm at Atlas Space

In this class we will explore the therapeutic uses of herbal salves. We will briefly cover herbal oils, ointments, balms and other skin applications. We will cover 7 common herbs naturalized in Seattle, discuss wildcrafting, and growing your own herbs. Together we will create a salve, and each participant can take some home. There will also be samples of herbs, salves, and bottles of essential oils for everyone to check out, as well as a page of resources.
