Jato Skål, the one eyed cat, was adopted today! He is passed out on my bed. Hopefully his big brother will come out from under the bed soon..

Dear 8 (roughly) sea monkeys, who are now deceased: I apologize. In an attempt to give you a better life in a larger tank with actual rocks instead of fake plastic shaped to look like rocks, apparently something in your new environment did not agree with you and now you are dead.

On the bright side, you were kind of dead before, in a way, when you were all crystallized and stuff, so at least you got to live for a little while. I'm just kinda bummed you bit the dust, because you were already over a centimeter long and you were cool with your little seamonkey eyes and wispy movement wings.

Well, I will miss you. Perhaps I will get some new seamonkeys to carry on your legacy. (You did last longer than I first expected, so thank you for that.) Rest in Seamonkey Peace.
