Now that that’s over, Rules:
This blog thingy is meant for all kinds of people, and no discrimination will be made based on the identity of anyone, whether they are male, female, young, old, poor, rich, disadvantaged, gifted, famous, infamous, (”race” here), (a different “race” here), random cat playing on keyboard, homosexual, or heterosexual, religious, atheist, nonreligious, skinny, fat, short, tall, vegetarian, omnitarian, or vegan... If I disagree about anything you do or say, it isn’t because of who you are.
If you have something good to say: go ahead and say it, but be warned that arguments will occur and you may not be popular (or right). Also, ultimately, “good” is ultimately up to God and I retain the right to disregard, argue against, or ban any foolish ideals that are discussed in my domain, that do not match up with the counsel of the Bible. If you constantly attack my view (or any other’s) you are subject to being blocked by me until you decide to act humbly and nonviolent word-wise.
Don’t be a jerk: No name-calling, swearing, lying, starting fights, or put downs.
Just because someone’s grammar or spelling is off doesn’t give any rights to criticize. If you can understand it and it isn’t in a professional setting, it doesn’t matter if it is technically perfect.
No images or content involving the promotion of grotesque violence, drugs, sexual practice, ideas clearly harmful to others, or otherwise blatantly offensive material will appreciated and will have to be destroyed! If whatever you have is harming you, why don’t you remove it and focus on something good?
Change, hope, and redemption are essential for life.
If something screwy is going on, let me know about it and I’ll try to fix it.
Jokes and stories are appreciated, as long as they comply with the other rules and even more if they are not (overly) political or religious. Be warned that people have the ability to take whatever you put out and may use it in a way you might not like. Puns are accepted. Innuendos are not.
References are great as long as I like the meaning behind them.
Be silly, be odd, be weird, be creative, be respectful, but most importantly, be loved! (not in a creepy way).
More rules are likely to be made
Red and Blue is for friendship (even rivalry can be constructive).
Greens represent brotherhood.
Rainbows represent God’s promises, hope, and beauty.
If you can avoid it, don’t douse everything in bright yellow: seriously, who are you, the sun?
For that matter, who am I, a brick layer - cause I just set up a wall of words... worth it.
