Hi, This is a weightloss blog. I'm keeping it fairly anonymous so my friends won't freak out and squeal on me. I will let you know, I'm a girl, and I'm 18. I'm willing to do anything to lose this weight, it doesn't haven't to be the healthy way. I had bulimia and kicked the habit in the past, I don't want to go back to bulimia, so I plan on just really cutting down on food. Today

So today I have my first counselling session for over a year. I am currently waiting to see my GP about some medication, but for now counselling will have to do. I'm so scared about going and actually telling someone exactly how I feel... And I'm so scared to admit I might be ill.
