Mike:
eventually they pulled up at home and Mike ended up letting them in the house. "Let's eat!" he said.
Rachel:
As they headed into the house she was walking slow, her entire body aching unlike anything she had ever experienced before. “Thank goodness, I’m starving.” She chuckled as she went to sit down on the couch.

Mike:
"Good!" Mike said. That's all he hoped for her. "I love you." he said.
Rachel:
Rachel smiled softly as he spoke. “I love you too.”

Mike nodded as he focused on the road. "But as long as you know you're safe with me," Mike said.
Rachel:
“I do.” She said softly as she rested her hand gently on his knee. “I’ve felt safe with you from the first moment we met.”

Mike nodded as Rachel spoke. "I bet." He said. "maybe after dinner you can have a nice bath and relax?" he said.
Rachel:
“That would actually be really nice.” She said softly as she took the bags from him and held onto their food.

Mike returned a few minutes later and started the car back up. "Are you okay?" he asked.
Rachel:
“Yeah I’m alright. My back and hips are killing me though.” She said honestly.

"I won't be long." Mike smiled before he closed his door and headed into the store.
Rachel:
"I'll be here." She said softly. While he went into the store, she sat there patiently and sent off a message to her parents to let them know what had happened and that they were on their way home.

"I love you too." Mike said before leaning over and stealing a kiss. "Wait here, I'll go and get our food?" he asked.
Rachel:
Rachel happily returned his kiss and smiled as they parted. "That would be amazing." She said softly.

"that sounds perfect." Mike said before he pulled into a little take away store.
Rachel:
When they pulled in at the take away store, she looked over at Mike and smiled softly. "I love you."

"So what did you want to pick up for dinner?" he asked, softly.
Rachel:
"Maybe some burgers?" She suggested as she looked over at him.

Once they were in the car, Mike reached Over to hold rachel's hand. "Love you." he whispered.
Rachel:
"Love you too." She whispered back while giving his hand a gentle squeeze.

"Let's not even mention it?" Mike suggested as they reached the car and he opened the door up for Rachel.
Rachel:
Rachel nodded and kissed him sweetly before getting into the car.

Mike nodded as Rachel spoke. "Good, because I organised it all on the way over here." Mike said as they reached his car.
Rachel:
"By the way, I'm sorry about earlier. I was having a hormonal moment." She explained.

"Would you be angry if I hired security?" mike asked, softly.
Rachel:
Rachel bit her lip before shaking her head. "After tonight, no."

Mike laughed as Rachel spoke. "It's okay. We can get you a better one now." he said.
Rachel:
"I want you and Ben to make sure we get something that will protect our little man if anything happens like this again. I don't care what you need to do to it. I just want it to be safe." She said softly.

Mike nodded as Rachel spoke. "It's fine. You can use the Range Rover till we get yours." Mike said, softly.
Rachel:
"I'm going to miss my old camry." She said with a pout forming on her lips.

"I thought you might have been." Mike said while they walked out of the room and headed down the hall way.
Rachel:
Rachel smiled softly and headed out of the hospital with him. "I'm going to have to get a new car, aren't I?"

”Thank you.” Mike said before helping Rachel up. “How about we go and get some dinner and head home?” He suggested.

Rachel nodded as she got up with his help. "That sounds like a good idea to me. I'm starving."
