I’ve been receiving messages telling me that my old codes don’t work anymore. Unfortunately, all the backup I had was in my old computer (which completely got wrecked) and I don’t have anything to replace them with. Sorry guys :/

hi!!! i'm not sure if this question is ok with you, but i'm using your gece theme on @sealands and i was just wondering if there's any way i can hide the tags? i absolutely adore your themes. thank you so much :) (oh and sorry that i'm on anon, i'm on ur site, but i'm @sealands!)

there are several ways to do this but i’m just gonna tell you the easiest solution. find .tags in the code and add display: none; if you wanna completely hide the tags. if you’d like to hide them on the index page but not on the permalink (post) pages, you should add {block:IndexPage}display: none;{/block:IndexPage}

Hi! This is probably a dumb question and I'm sorry, but is it possible to make your tagged posts appear in chronological order? I just tagged a bunch of old posts and they appear at the top of my tagged pages

this is really bizarre. the tag page is already in a reverse-chronological order: newer posts are in the first page, older posts are in later pages. tagging old posts should not change this outcome. if anything, try /tagged/{your tag here}/chrono and see if there’s any change or if this is how you’d like to have your tag pages.

hello idk if you've ever answered this before but is there any chance you'd make a version of the themes w/ topbars with sidebars instead? i just love your themes & i'd really like the option. anyway you're so very talented & i'm glad you're back!!!

hello!!! thank you for your kind words and sorry for such an incredibly late reply. i don’t think i can change my old themes, my university life is very hectic :/ i will consider your request for later themes though (if i can actually code and publish, again, busy life, no time for hobbies).

It is incredibly hard to be a theme maker. When you post something you spent your time and effort on to the world for free you should be appreciated which sadly isn´t the case always. People steal themes regularly, take the code and place their own name instead of the maker not thinking it can be seen. If it keep happening the amazing theme makers we have on Tumblr today might not be willing to post their themes or share their amazing skills. I feel that theme makers need to be more appreciated, they need to get more people to take notice in the work they do. I wish I could do more to thank these amazing theme makers and if you are a theme maker an isn´t on this list I apologize. I try to fit in as many as possible and everyone on this list is makers from the themes us at themegalore has reblogged

sorry to bother you but can you tell me how to change html and where if i want to have 300px posts size in GECE?

well, i could tell you to change the post size however i don’t have the script that controls the photoset sizes, so even though you change the width in css it won’t work for photosets. but if you still want to know, all you have to do is replacing the current width lines under #posts with width: 300px; and you’re good to go.
