What is this blog?
I'm SecreTyes! Or Auctoria, on Quotev. My one long story there is Well That's Unfortunate, which I started writing in 2019. I have come to a point where I update it 1-4 times a year, and have not updated it in 2 years, which is on me, really.
I would like to try focusing on it more.
What is Well That's Unfortunate?
WTU is a story about a girl getting stuck in a dating sim world, only instead of its intended protagonist, the heroine's 8-year-old sister got sucked in instead.
The love interests, whose existence functions in a kind of behind-the-scenes world/mass actor au where everyone is sort of an actor for dating sim stories, must now deal with having essentially kidnapped a child while they try to earn enough to send her home. (Because imaginary world capitalism !!!)
It's a platonic thing. No romance is to ever blossom between the child and the cast.
The story's not perfect, but it's mine. And I really want to find the motivation to continue it. If nothing else, I think my art's improved, so I'd like to try drawing them more.
