now what?

this is an era where a person’s strengths have now become viewed as weakness’. these former strengths are now that person’s current insecurities that can not only tear down what that person can offer to another but also what that person can offer for themselves.

we claim to want to build each other up but instead we help tear them down, to try to build ourselves back up and the cycle continues. this can apply to work, friendships, school but the most tragic is in love.

it’s almost as we are always chasing love. even when it comes to loving ourselves. 

they are out there. that person who makes you remember your insecurities are what make you, well you. and guess what? you will be able to do the same for them. let’s just hope you are both open to that possibility. 💝
