The gas company is buying SHEIN mesh shirts from the Village Discount and selling them on DePOP at a 500% mark up!!! Scrolled to the very very bottom of their about section and it was all “with opposition to the rate hike being what it is, we’re exploring new pathways to cover the cost of installations”
As if!!!
I only even figured it out because I asked for a tag pic for a floral number they were claiming was Free People and they blocked me. Go figure.
How do you fit a 16-ft- (4.9-m-) tree slice through a 12-ft- (3.7-m-) doorway? In pieces. This giant sequoia specimen was cut to fit through the Museum’s doorways in 1912—visitors today can still spot the seams where it was put back together. When this tree was felled by a lumber company in 1891 (which is now illegal), it was 331 ft (100.1 m) tall—taller than the Statue of Liberty. It was also about 1,400 years old. Imagine how much the world changed during this mighty tree’s lifetime. You can see it up close in the Museum's Hall of North American Forests.

You see a tree like that and you can’t help but think about the dinosaurs. It’s like time travel, a tree like that

Here is "Consuming the Fallen," commissioned by The Etches Collection. It features over 50 different species of marine reptiles; lobe-fin, ray-fin, cartilaginous, and agnathid fishes; echinoderms, crustaceans, isopods, ammonites, belemnites, teuthoids, nautiloids, gastropods, brachiopods, bivalves, annelids, bryozoans, cnidaria, and microbial mats. There are also coprolites and burrows.
We make fun of steampunk and mock it but imagine if there really were marvelous devices
