Shrugging, Kouichi began following his brother. Hopefully, they would run into someone else; then again, they might even run into Takuya. Kouichi sighed.

"I really hope that we’re able to find Izumi, Tomoki or Junpei soon." He said after a while of walking. "Or at least it would be nice to get our Spirits back… Maybe Löwemon and the others know what’s going on…"

Looking around, Kouichi wondered which part of the Digital World they had fallen in. He didn’t recognize it, though the first time he had spent most of the time in the Continent of Darkness, and the rest of the Digital World had already been scanned when he got out of there.

He wasn't sure either, it hadn't any signs of the areas they had traveled in years ago...it was almost like something had reconfigured it....strange indeed.

It would be nice to get The Spirits of Light back -- he missed them so much.

Walking around, the twins soon came upon a patch of mountains, maybe thy could climb to see higher across the Digital World? "Kouichi, come on." Kouji began without his twin beginning to scale the rocky surface. If they could just get to the top...they could see.

MagnaAngemon couldn’t help but feel an uneasy peace between the two as silence fell. Though the young man’s voice pierced that veil as he spoke. With a simple smile, he too spoke up.

“You humans tend not to know what they seek, yet what they seek lies before them." He spoke indirectly about the what the boy sought out.

The silence before the Digimon spoke was frightening. He couldn't let himself be caught up in his own dark thoughts. He dwelt on the past far too much, it wasn't healthy.

"--You're right." Kouji especially had issues knowing what he wanted, and that only made his way more clouded. Ever shadowed by pain and internal suffering.

Smiling again at his brother, Kouichi chuckled slightly. “We decided to split up to see if we could find anyone or anything. At least I know I had some luck… maybe Takuya managed to find one of the others…”

He looked at the direction Kouji had come from, and then looked behind him. “I fell on a beach, then I walked into some kind of jungle where Takuya and I bumped into each other.”

Glancing over at his twin’s digivice, he sighed, as he had almost hoped that he would have his Spirits with him. “Just like Takuya and I… Then probably the others don’t have theirs either.”

"I just want to know what’s going on here, and why were we called… This Digital World is not the same from last time…"

It was definitely strange. Still, Kouji thought they should stick together. The Leader of the group was certainly not becoming one once again. Sighing, he pocketed his Digivice.

"Sure, it's likely that's the case." Kouji was a bit worried for his twin and them being in the Digital World. Though no threats were seen currently, it was still biting at the back of his mind.

They could be in danger one way or another. "Let's go." He turned and began walking the way opposite of where he had come from, waiting for Kouichi to tag along.

Takuya was nothing if not stubborn.

He smiled lightly and patted Kouji on the shoulder briefly before marching forth and leading the way. “Well, let’s go then!”

Sheer force of will and determination. If the Light was having trouble shining then the Flames would simply have to burn brighter. Kouji was… well he was one of Takuya’s best friends regardless of how little they saw of each other these days. His Flames would support the others Light.

Takuya held the door to the small shop open for Kouji. “You pick a place to sit and I’ll get the drinks okay? What do you want?”

The light contact was not wanted, as Kouji stiffened and followed the other Warrior. If Takuya was going to burn for them both, he'd have to try real hard. And burn for the three of them. Kouichi was not going unnoticed in his brother's mind.

As the door was held open, Kouji went inside as the other told him to find a seat and asked what he wanted. "Anything. You pick," He headed over to the closest table away from everyone, he wasn't fond of crowded areas.

Relieved to confirm that it was his brother —though it was pretty obvious—, Kouichi approached him, smiling. “I’m glad to see you. I was starting to think that it was only Takuya and me here. I’m guessing that you fell around here, didn’t you?”

Going over the details mentally, his smile disappeared and was replaced by a curious look. “You haven’t met anyone else, right?” He asked promptly. “I mean, I’ve been walking around for a while, but I haven’t even met any Digimon yet, and neither Takuya or me have seen any other human except for you.”

"Which reminds me… You don’t have your Spirits either, do you?" Kouichi was full of questions, though he was sure that his brother was as clueless about the situation as he and Takuya were. However, he couldn’t help but asking, hoping that Kouji might have seen something that they hadn’t.

Of course he was happy, that was Kouichi, and he picked up the other had said Takuya had been with him. "Where is he now?" Kouji asked first, just wondering why the other guy hadn't come with his brother. Some leader...he'd just have to find him.

Where he had fallen? A few paces back, he thought, and turned his head and peered where he had walked. "I came from back that way..." He said turning back to face his twin, hands in his pockets.

"It's just been me and this messed up landscape..." He quieted and loked around. No Digimon, no Trailmon, no Spirits. What was going on?

He did not. The Spirits of Light were gone. Pulling out his dark screened D-Tector, he showed it to Kouichi. "See for yourself."

Takuya stopped, stepping back in surprise at the sudden flash of light. “Kouji?” He barely had time to speak before the Digimon punched him, knocking the brunette backwards.

"Ow! What the hell was that for!?" Takuya brought his hand up to his face, flinching slightly in pain and frowning when he realized there was a bit of blood on his hand.

"What do you mean you can see?" he asked, staring at the Digimon and tilting in his head in curiosity. "Are you really Kouji?"

The Lesser form of The Warrior of Light glared angry at Takuya. His jowls snapped again as he growled, his fists tightening. "I am Strabimon."

"I am Kouji, but most likely not the one you know. I sense an evil in you. The Takuya I know wouldn't be so quick to touch me like you did..."

He sighed, ears pointing docile, and his fur flat. His red gaze still trained itself on the other, any attempt at getting away would be useless. "I can see, because I have eyes idiot."

He’d shown up and said nothing, a curious but almost rude gesture to most. He’d ultimatley widened his eyes and took a step back as the gaze eminating from the other was powerful, intimidating to say the least. Had he said something wrong? Or did he just not say the right thing at all?

"Mmh, well whats wrong? Cat got your tongue or something?".

Kouji wasn't much for talking, let alone expressing himself in situations involving words. He'd much rather just quietly observe and stay out of things.

An irritated growl escaped his lips, eyes closed and arms clasped firmly in front of himself. "I don't have time for this. Let me go please." Part of him just wanted to get home, and meditate.
