dans macabre
i have seen my heart tear itself apart and only of my eyes did touch its final lines
an empty casket walking to its seat unto the earth the soul was left behind nay, it was naught in birth
but these bones feel heavy and light owing to nothing, nor faith nor crucible like no strings known to man and only like a wailing of the waves pulled by the night and rested unto the coast where sandy beached, the isle at the end and beginning of dreams and whispers of existence of faults, lies, and all the good poisoned as said, but cured by the sin
i know nothing. and knowing this is means of none. futile i walk, useless i fly. like a damned dancer to the tunes played from the twines of his demesne set me the stage, Thanatos let your hands guide me to bend to bend and naught of ends the one song you sing forever my ears will not shy from you.
alas… how i wish you would do this but we know and i know and you know that my goddess would not allow us to meet we part from my dreary mood. and in leaving we left my sorrows.
but they caress these hands and weigh no feather unto my feet will your kindness, friend be my companion or envy i would wonder and think and stop believe me naught i implore for this life is one yet to live in the hands of my goddess forevermore
