I’m applying for disability and the attorney I got for my appeal said he was turning the case down for lack of evidence.

my therapist and psych called him after that and found out that all the documentation I’d sent over months—all the ROIs and records sent from all my practitioners and hospitals—Social Security never received them. there was just nothing in the file.
