Pressure to fit in Urban area

Life right now is different from my past when I was happily play with my friend. Life right now is rough. Because of internet. Back then internet is rare and expensive. Yahoo and Google. Those two were the website I used to open. Now the internet is viral. The town grows and society too. The kid is growing up way faster. Mentaly. The social pressure is high, even for me. Those kid also experience social pressure. Cool kids they said. They hang out in popular expensive place, they brag about their vacation, they live life like a rich kid. Well some are rich. But the other? They get social pressure because they want to fit in with those group. Its their enviroment. Their friends. They want to have lavish life too. This phenomenon is common in Urban area. I want to tell all of them. Its okay to be you. You don't have to follow people just so you can have friends. Are they willing to be by your side? Even when you fall? If the answer is no, maybe its time for you to look for the right friend. Don't let the pressure gets you..

Something you can't write

I can write a million lines about my favorite band I can write a billion things that happened in my past I can write endless articles about my life But I cannot write about my dad. He is the sacred thing that I want to keep solely for me. Maybe I will write how awesome he is, how outstanding and outside the box. Balance between logic and his belief, science and God. My loss, mourn and tears when he passed. I wrote down in this blog. Simply because I was overwhelmed by people who adore and love my dad. I just want to let the world know, about my dad, about my loss. But now I don't seek people pity. I hardly wrote about my loss and how I missed him. Because I already done that in my prayers. I believe in my prayers, not in social media. My prayers can reach him while my post in social media won't. That is why it was something I can't write.

One Ok Rock Challenge (Late Post)

OMG I kinda forgot to post about One Ok Rock Challenge 😆😆 Anyway let's start!!

What was the first ONE OK ROCK song you heard?

well, the first ONE OK ROCK song I heard was Clock Strikes. At first, I thought it was an American rock band. But I was wrong, some part was in Japanese and I thought “Wait it is Japanese ROCK BAND!!”

And since then I became their fans. Still their fans. I took a research of their journey to the top (wait, it’s like their new song “take me to the top”). They inspired me to fight and finished my college. And when my dad passed away, they heal me. Of course there was my mom, my sis, my family and my friends. But when you are all alone, sitting at home or at a cafe, you are left alone with your thought and sometimes it can go to a gloomy day. Sad memories. Painful journey.

ONE OK ROCK music is encourage me to keep on aiming, aim for those dreams. It might be impossible, but when you keep work hard, slowly you become closer to it. :)

One Ok Rock @ Yokohama Arena (Setlist)

So, I am back to OORers fandom. I have been away, waaay too long.. Hahaha sorry One Ok Rock. But I still listened to OOR music every day. every day at work. LOL (anyway I have a job now, venture the adult world)

Today, at Japan, in Yokohama Arena, One Ok Rock did “35xxxv“ concert. My fellow OORers, Trio Prayogi, watched the concert right at Yokohama Arena and gave me a live report of what’s goin’ on there. Wish I was there, but nvm. (sad)

So, tonight I will give the setlist and a little bit summary :)

The supporting artist for “35xxxv” at Yokohama Arena is Aimer. I haven’t heard her songs but Prayogi said he’s a fan, so I bet she has a pretty amazing voice right? As always, One Ok Rock greated the fans (after fourth song). They also told how they end up selecting Aimer. I bet the energy in the concert was pretty high. There’s some tender moment, silent one, at Good Goodbye and Heartache. I can’t wait to see them live in Indonesia, I hope they will have a concert again in Indonesia (hopefully ^^)

Just so you know...

Hey guys,

I’m writing to you with an update I wish I wasn’t giving you, but it’s important and I’m used to sharing important events in my life with you. Usually when things happen to me, I process them and then write music about how I feel, and you hear it much later. This is something my family and I thought you should know about now.

For Christmas this year, I asked my mom that one of her gifts to me be her going to the doctor to get screened for any health issues, just to ease some worries of mine. She agreed, and went in to get checked. There were no red flags and she felt perfectly fine, but she did it just to get me and my brother off her case about it.

The results came in, and I’m saddened to tell you that my mom has been diagnosed with cancer. I’d like to keep the details of her condition and treatment plans private, but she wanted you to know.

She wanted you to know because your parents may be too busy juggling everything they’ve got going on to go to the doctor, and maybe you reminding them to go get checked for cancer could possibly lead to an early diagnosis and an easier battle… Or peace of mind in knowing that they’re healthy and there’s nothing to worry about. She wanted you to know why she may not be at as many shows this tour. She’s got an important battle to fight.

Thank you for caring about my family so much that she would want me to share this information with you. I hope and pray that you never get news like this.
