Welcome to Your New Life
You will wear diapers full-time.
No "ifs," no "ands," no "buts." This isn’t a negotiation. This isn’t a phase. This is your reality now, and the sooner you accept it, the easier it will be for both of us. You don’t get to argue, to bargain, or to pretend this is temporary. It isn’t. You’re here because you need to be here. Because you’ve proven, time and time again, that you can’t be trusted to manage even the simplest parts of your own life.
So let’s start with the basics.
You no longer wear “grown-up” underwear. Those days are over. No more briefs, no more boxers, no more pretending you’re something you’re not. From now on, your bottom is wrapped in thick, crinkly diapers, diapers that will hold everything you can’t. And you will fill them. You’ll wet them when you’re nervous, when you’re excited, when you’re just sitting there, squirming in your seat because you’ve forgotten how to do anything else. You’ll mess them when you’re overwhelmed, when you’re tired, when you’ve had too much to eat and your body decides for you. And you won’t ask. You won’t dare to ask. Because good boys don’t ask. Good boys let their caregivers handle it.
And you? You’re not a good boy yet. But you will be.
You are not trusted to manage your bathroom needs. That’s why you’re in diapers. That’s why, when you shift in your seat, when you clench your thighs together, when you whimper because you feel it coming and you know you can’t stop it, no one will rush to help you. You’ll sit there, your face burning, your diaper swelling, and you’ll learn. You’ll learn that resistance is useless. That your body doesn’t belong to you anymore. It belongs to us. To the people who know what’s best for you.
You are not trusted to regulate your emotions, either. When you pout, when you cross your arms and try to look defiant, when you stomp your foot like a child throwing a tantrum, we’ll just laugh. Because that’s what you are. A child. A little boy who doesn’t know how to behave, who needs firm hands to guide him, to remind him of his place. And when you cry? Oh, you’ll cry. You’ll cry when you’re frustrated, when you’re embarrassed, when you realize just how small you’ve become. But no one will comfort you. Not the way you want. Instead, you’ll get a pacifier pressed between your lips, a bottle shoved into your hands, a firm voice telling you to settle down. And you will. Because you have no other choice.
You function best when someone else is fully in control. That’s the truth you’ve been running from. You like it when decisions are made for you. When you don’t have to think, to worry, to try. When you can just… let go. And that’s exactly what you’re going to do here. You’ll let go of your pride, your dignity, your silly little delusions of independence. You’ll let us dress you, feed you, clean you up when you’ve made a mess of yourself. You’ll let us decide when you eat, when you nap, when you’re allowed to speak. And you’ll be better for it. Happier. Because deep down, you’ve always known this is what you needed. Someone to take the reins. Someone to remind you, every single day, that you’re not in charge anymore.
You will be changed, fed, dressed, and quieted as needed. Not as requested. Not when you beg. Not when you think you’ve earned it. When we decide it’s time. When we say you’ve been good enough, or when we simply feel like it. You’ll lie on the changing table, your legs kicking uselessly as we wipe you clean, as we powder your skin, as we slide a fresh diaper beneath you and tape it snugly around your waist. And you’ll stay still. You’ll take it. Because that’s what good boys do.
And humiliation? Oh, sweet, naive thing. Humiliation isn’t a punishment here. It’s a reminder. A reminder of who you are. Of why you’re wrapped in plastic and tape, why you’re drinking from a sippy cup, why you’re sitting in a high chair while the world moves on without you. It’s a reminder that you don’t get to be ashamed. You don’t get to be anything but what we say you are. And what we say you are is this: a baby. A little boy who needs to be taken care of. Who wants to be taken care of, even if he won’t admit it yet.
So here’s your first lesson: Stop fighting it.
The diaper between your legs isn’t going anywhere. The bottle in your hands isn’t a suggestion. The way the other boys look at you, the way the caregivers smile when you squirm, the way your own body betrays you again and again, none of it is an accident. It’s design. And you? You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
Now. Are you ready to be a good boy?
Pudge's Nursery PSAs
I recently installed a TV into my nursery (full tour coming whenever my highchair is finished) and sometimes it bothers me having a big black void in my otherwise brightly colored space when I'm not watching it. I could just keep streaming shows on loop, but then I just lose track of what I haven't watched yet. With that in mind, I started making some "PSA" screens of my own using free Adobe Stock images with various messaging, both nice and a little naughty. I use my TVs USB input to put them on a slideshow. My essential concept was "if I woke up as a captive in a nursery, what kind of messaging would they have on the screens?", so it tends to lean into forced babyhood scenarios. I'm up to over 70 of them, which should be enough to avoid screen burn-in when rotating between them, so I figured I'd share them for anyone who might be interested. There are also blank copies, so caregivers can insert their own messaging as needed. I'll be periodically updating this folder as I make more - feel free to leave ideas for PSAs in the comments, usually I'm just making them up as I go.
Surprise Inspection 📋
Knock knock! Just kidding, I took the door off your nursery weeks ago. Assume the position.
Hmmm, it took you almost 3 seconds to pick yourself up off the floor. Your coloring book isn't that important, honey. This is important. That's a demerit. ❌️
Hands clasped together sweetly. Good. ✅️
Toes turned in towards each other. Very cute. ✅️
Paci was already in. Glad to see it this time. ✅️
That soggy diaper is poking out proudly! Don't flinch. SMACK! And again. SMACK! You stopped smiling with your eyes. You always lose focus on the second spank. Demerit. ❌️
What's this? Barely any drool on your bib? Are you still swallowing your spit when I'm not around? Unacceptable. That's a BIG demerit. ❌️❌️❌️
These seem like little things, but your rules are important, honey. It's not just about bedtimes and diaper changes, it's about how you hold your body. How you react emotionally. How you speak. Anyone can follow the big rules. It's the little rules that will turn you into the humiliated diaper dumper I want you to be.
I'll give you a positive mark because you're starting to cry, and crying is encouraged when you disappoint me. ✅️ We've still got a lot of work to do, though.
Come pick out your paddle.

Increasing Diaper Discipline Involvement
Many partners new to Diaper Discipline struggle to increase their involvement, the below list is designed to provide ideas and inspiration for you to implement in daily life.
You don't need to do all of these every day but try incorporating 2-4 elements a day and work up in terms of frequency and progressing from Beginner items to Intermediate & Advanced.
Beginner
Make an effort to talk about their diapers. Casually ask things like:
“How’s your diaper holding up?” “Your waistband is showing baby” “Do you need to change?” “Those jeans hide your diaper well” “These diapers look cute on you” “Do you need to order more diapers soon?”
Let them know you expect them to use their diaper, by saying things like:
- “This diaper should hold all of your wee’s and poops” when changing them into a fresh diaper - “Remember you’re not allowed to use the toilet today” - “Did you wet your diaper like a good boy/girl?” - “Good boy/girl for messing your diaper.“ - “Did you poop today or do you need something to help tonight?”
Make an effort to interact with their diaper. Squeeze it, pat/smack their bottom when padded, rub the front of it to get them excited, and when hugging place a hand on their diapered bum, etc.
Implement simple Baby elements:
- Call them your baby boy/girl, etc - Dress them in baby-style (AB) clothes at night - Give them a bedtime drink in a sippy cup or baby bottle - Have them use a adult pacifier at night
Each morning check their diaper, this can be done in bed by just squeezing the front of it.
It will likely be wet so comment on that by saying something like “I’m glad you had a diaper on or you’d have wet the bed” or “You really are turning into a bedwetter aren’t you”
After their morning shower either change them into a fresh diaper if you’re up, or if you're still in bed, get them to come over and drop their trousers / lift skirt so you can check they're wearing one.
Each evening lay out a thick diaper and ABDL bedtime clothing and tell them to go get ready for bed. This should be a few hours before you actually go to bed.
Before leaving the house make them drop their trousers / lift skirt so you can check they're wearing a diaper. For day trips, also ask them if they've got their diaper bag packed.
Once or twice a week force them to mess themselves by giving them either 2x Ducolax tablets or a suppository which they must take/insert.
When not wearing diapers, make them wear pull-ups, training pants, girly underwear (if male), or childish patterned pants.
When at home and not working dress them in embarrassing clothing, good options include:
- No bottoms / exposed diapers - ABDL onesie / romper - A skirt (male or female) - ABDL shortalls or dress - Childish 2-piece PJs - Footed sleeper
Experiment with light bondage:
- Add a locking diaper cover over their diapers - Restrain them to a bed for 2 hours after making them insert a suppository - Chain them to their desk using locking ankle cuffs or diaper cover - Use other locking clothing to prevent diaper access (e.g. rear zipping footed sleepers)
Intermediate
In public, ask them about their diaper or do a subtle diaper check (squeeze front/back) when nobody will hear or see.
Add more elements of babying:
- Feed them a bottle of milk each night - Make them sleep with a teddy - Talk to them like a baby during diaper checks and changes - Make them use a pacifier in the daytime
Encourage them to mess in their diaper for convenience. For example, if heading out for the day ask them to fill their diaper before leaving so they won’t mess in public.
If you notice their wet diaper is starting to smell take them by the hand, lay them down, and change their diaper. Don’t ask if they need one or make it a choice.
Surprise them by buying new ABDL items (clothing, diapers, pacifiers, etc)
Punish any bad behavior by making their diaper experience less pleasant:
- Smack them until crying before changing them into a new diaper - Add elements of forced regression such as locking mittens, pacifier gag, restraints - Make them stay in messy diapers for extended periods - Feed them a blended or cut-up version of their meal. Use a bib and mittens to force them to let you feed them. - Treat him as a sissy/girl with pink diapers and female clothing or baby girl AB items.
Twice a week, force them to mess themselves. Insert a suppository into their bum (wear disposal gloves) or use a fleet-enema (no gloves required) during a change.
Make them ask you for permission to get changed and use the opportunity to inspect their diaper. If it doesn’t look full, make them wait 1-2 hours longer.
Get them ready for bed each evening by changing them into thick diapers and dressing them in ABDL clothes.
At home only allow thick or ABDL diapers to be worn.
Take them shopping while diapered to buy new medical diapers, pull-ups, feminine/childish underwear/clothing, and other baby supplies (powder, baby food, etc)
Make their diapered / baby status obvious around your home when visitors aren’t present:
- Have a dedicated changing area with diapers stacked up clearly - Keep a pacifier next to their bed - Have a few ready-made bottles in the fridge - Hang up their ABDL clothes so they’re easily accessible
Make them wear a swim diaper on vacation (at the beach/pool)
If they're male, experiment with treating him as a sissy/girl some days:
- Pink / girl-themed diapers - Feminine ABDL clothing (onesies, rompers, etc) - Women’s clothing (dresses, skirts, leggings) - Butt plugs - Chastity
Experiment with more bondage:
- Use locking mittens at night - Restrain them to a bed overnight after giving them 2x ducolax tablets - Add ankle and chest restraints to their office chair to prevent movement while working from home - Use a pacifier gag regularly
Advanced
Change their diaper while out in public.
Look for a changing places toilet (Europe) or a standard accessible restroom can be used by bringing a disposal changing mat for the floor. You can also change them laying down over the back seats of your vehicle if in a secluded area.
Increase Babying:
- Create a baby bed for them, ideally a single bed with childish sheets, teddies, and restraints to simulate being locked in a crib. This can be used for naps or overnight punishments. - Regularly feed them a blended or cut-up version of their meal. Use a bib and mittens to force them to let you feed them. - Make them wear mittens to bed each night - Force them to crawl by using training booties (small spikes prevent standing) - Pacifier must be attached to them at all times while at home - Setup a playpen which they must stay in for extended periods (even if still doing more adult activities like being on a phone or gaming)
Force them to mess themselves in front of you.
Administer a suppository or fleet enema but make them stay laying or sitting next to you. Encourage and then tease them for messing themselves like a baby.
Occasionally change them out of their messy diapers. Disposal gloves and adult wipes are recommended.
Force them to mess themselves while out of the house:
- Hand them a suppository to go and insert after finishing a meal at a restaurant. They'll have to try to hold until you’ve got the bill and left. - On long drives make them insert a suppository when you’re still 1-2 hours away from your home/destination - Administer a suppository or fleet enema before sending them to go shopping or other out-of-home chores.
Incorporate bondage into their forced babying by:
- Use locking diaper covers, plastic pants, or onesies to prevent self-changing - Attach hands and feet to restraints during changes - Restrain them overnight - Use a straightjacket
Take them shopping to buy supplies from an ABDL shop
If male, treat him as a sissy most or all of the time at home:
- Pink / girl-themed diapers - Feminine ABDL clothing (onesies, rompers, etc) - Women’s clothing (dresses, skirts, leggings) - Chastity cage - Pegging
Dress them as a baby most or all of the time at home:
- Exposed diapers & babyish t-shirts - Baby-themed onesies (not plain) - Baby dresses/rompers - Baby-style socks & tights - No adult clothes (if working from home, adult clothes can be worn on top but the lower half should still be babyish)
Force them to lose control by adding laxatives without their knowledge to some meals and drinks (have prior consent to do this).
Restrict their diaper changes to certain times ensuring they’ll sometimes have to wait a few hours to change out of well-used diapers.
Switch to thick or ABDL diapers exclusively, making them less discrete in public.
Increase use of bondage:
- Use locking mittens & clothing most nights - Use a straight jacket some weekends and evenings, feeding them and changing them during these times. - Use Segufix restraints to completely secure them to a bed/crib

So I've Started Wearing Cloth Diapers Fulltime...
I know, I know, this is betrayal on an epic scale, not seen in the history of my blog! What will the disposables think? But it’s true! Not only have I been dabbling in cloth, but it’s become my main way of diapering. The shock! The horror! The drama! I'm sure that long time readers among you might be aghast at this revelation. Serah, I hear you say, on x blog on y date, you said you didn't have an interest in trying cloth, or outright said you wouldn't probably maybe (sounds like me once upon a time), so why the change?
Well, honestly? It all boils down to my infamous, and at this point, probably signature, laziness. Yep. Once again, my diapering habits have shifted because of my unending desire to make things easier for myself. You didn’t have to call me out like that, though, shush.
So here’s what happened right, I moved out of an apartment and into a house. In my old place, there was a magical garbage chute where I could toss my trash into an unending void and never think about it again, but now? Now, I actually have to haul my trash outside. Sure, I'm not going to get super hyperbolic about it and say it was the worst thing to ever happen to me, but listen, the inconvenience of lugging heavy bags full of boosted diapers out every other day made me start noticing the chore, which, as we all know, is the first step toward deciding it’s bad.
I started thinking of ways to cut back on all the used diaper weight that kept filling my garbage. How could I have fewer heavy garbage bags to drag out of my house without compromising on my heavy-duty, ultra-absorbent boosted diaper combos? Well, I'm sure you can see where this is going.
So, I started with just cloth boosters right, while still using my premium disposables, and I genuinely didn't anticipate it going further than that originally. I just thought like, cool, the cloth boosters work as well as the disposable ones, I'll just get a few more and use them as needed, save a few dollars over time, and avoid carrying heavy bags of used boosted diapers outside.
And the lighter garbage was great at first! Turns out, boosters add a ton of weight, so my trash had basically almost halved in heaviness overnight. Washing the boosters was so much more carefree than I expected too, like, I barely had to think about it, and because I’m doing laundry anyway as part of regular life, my brain sort of tunes out the extra load or two of washing every few days.
Then I kind of just... kept using them, over and over again. I even chose them over my stack of disposable boosters because of how comfy and soft they were, and of course, my mind started to wander more and I started to question like, why not go all the way? Why not try actual proper cloth diapering? Would it be so much harder than disposables? Could I make it work?
Spoiler alert (though, come on, it was in the title!): I could, and I did, but it was absolutely not without its challenges and adjustments! So then, what are some factors I've had to consider in my swap to wearing cloth diapers 24/7?
1. Researching Cloth Diaper Basics
When I first decided to give cloth diapers a real shot, I honestly had no idea what I was getting into. It’s a whole world with different types, materials, and care routines. I had to figure out what worked best for my needs, from the right diaper styles to how to wash and dry them properly. At first, it felt really overwhelming, because there’s so much information out there about cloth diapering to process and trial. At one point when my partners asked me how it was going, I felt maybe a little bit crazy talking about how many different absorbent materials there are and their unique properties and how I was layering them and how that was helping with wicking the moisture and so and and so forth, but luckily for me they're fairly used to my diaper-related rants at this stage and tend to just nod along politely, haha. After I got over that initial hurdle though of like, information overload, I found my groove, and it started to just become second nature.
2. Embracing the Lack of Subtlety
This is probably the most obvious difference between cloth and disposables, because let’s be real here, cloth diapers are bulky, so bulky in fact that a lot of people only recommend wearing them at night. They’re quite a bit thicker than even the most absorbent disposables in fact (which is saying a lot when I was wearing boosted Trests). Now, I always knew cloth diapers were thicker than disposables, right, it’s just one of those things everyone mentions, but knowing it and living it are two very different things. Switching to heavy duty cloth diaper setups that would last me all day meant accepting a whole new level of thickness all over again, and don't even get me started on the fact that most of my clothes that fit with boosted premium disposables do not at all fit now that I'm in cloth, haha. I have so many pieces now that I can't get the buttons or zipper done up on because of the bulk of cloth diapers, which is wild to me because they could comfortably accommodate soaked and messy boosted Trests without issues! Honestly though, my grievances about clothes not fitting anymore aside, I don't stress over whether anyone notices my new bulkier cloth diapered state, even if they might make me waddle a bit, because, well, it’s just kind of obvious at this point that I wear diapers, and that’s okay! I think I've said it before, but I'd rather everyone know about my incontinence and diaper wearing than feel self conscious about who I am and tone things down.
3. Establishing a Washing Routine
Laundry was one of my biggest concerns before switching to cloth, because cloth diapering is a commitment. You’re not just tossing used diapers in the trash anymore, you’re storing them, washing them, drying them, and putting them back in rotation. If you’re not someone who enjoys, or can at least tolerate, a consistent laundry routine and a fair bit of planning, cloth diapering could quickly become overwhelming. For me, it blended into my life a lot more quickly than I thought it would, which really surprised me after years of thinking it would forever be the deal-breaker for me. I just throw in a load every two to three days, and it fits seamlessly into my regular routine because I'm already washing clothes anyway as part of regular household chores. Honestly, I’ve reached a point where I barely even think about it anymore, like, some washing loads are clothes and some are my cloth diapering supplies, and not to sound too much like an infamous game dev, but it just kind of works.
4. Messy Diapers
Okay this one, let’s not sugarcoat it, handling messes with cloth diapers requires more planning. Disposables make this super easy, like, you use it, you toss it, end of story. Cloth? Not so much. Depending on your setup, you might need to deal with rinsing, or using liners as an alternative to make cleanup easier. It’s definitely more effort, and it took me a while to figure out a system that worked for me, as someone who ends up in filled diapers almost every day. Disposable diapers are undeniably easier in the messy department, and I'm definitely not going to argue that whatsoever, but I’ve learned tricks to make cloth manageable for me even when it comes to messy diapers. Liners, for instance, have been a game changer for me for cleanup, they're a disposable or sometimes reusable incredibly thin piece of fabric that catches the mess inside the diaper so that it doesn't get on anything, that you can then just chuck out altogether with the mess or clean as appropriate. I use disposable bamboo liners myself, because yes, lazy, that's me, haha, but yeah, with liners it’s not as daunting as I initially feared, it’s kind of just part of the process. I just chuck out the liner with the baby wipes I used to clean myself up, nothing too drastic. Full respect to people who go all the way and have reusable liners and reusable wipes though, you're all champions!
5. Upfront Cost
We can be real about this, cloth diapers are expensive. When you’re looking at going 24/7, it’s not just about grabbing a couple of smaller things for occasional use, like I did initially with the cloth boosters, no, you need a whole stash ready to go. That means shelling out for enough to last you at least a few days between washes, plus wet bags for storing the used diapers / padding and liners if you’re using them. It’s a lot. I remember adding up the cost of everything I’d need, and I had a little moment of like, damn, is this going to be worth it? For me though, as someone who sees themselves in diapers forever, and who genuinely needs them every day, the long-term savings over disposables made it a no-brainer. Not everyone is in a place where they can justify the initial expense, though, and that’s totally valid! There's nothing wrong with sticking to disposables for a smaller cost in the short term if that's more viable than a big upfront investment!
6. Savings and Peace of Mind
One of the most rewarding aspects of switching to cloth has, of course, been the longer term financial savings. Yes, the upfront cost is significant, but I’ve gone from spending $10–$15 (Australian) a day on disposables to spending only the cost of laundry once my stash was built, and once you do the math of how quickly you'll make back the money that would have been spent on disposables, it puts you more at ease. Beyond the savings, there’s also the peace of mind right. No matter what happens in the future, I know I’ll always have a reliable diapering solution, and will never again have to think about going without (though funnily enough I have a multi month disposable diaper stash that is now sitting unused because of cloth, woops). That's an extremely comforting feeling for someone like me who sees my identity as so deeply intertwined with my diapers and my incontinence.
Final Thoughts
Honestly, if anyone is curious about trying cloth, I’d recommend starting with boosters just like I did. You still have the ease of use of your disposables and the effectiveness of your boosters, but now you just chuck the boosters in the wash, save some money, and have lighter diaper combos to throw out. Win win! At the end of the day though, you gotta do what suits your brain, just like all good full-time diapering habits <3
Switching to cloth diapers full-time has been a very surprising and ultimately rewarding journey for me. What started as a small effort to reduce trash weight has turned into a lifestyle change that I have genuinely really enjoyed. It’s not without its challenges, absolutely, but the benefits, both practical and personal, definitely outweigh the downsides for me so far.
If you’re curious about cloth, I encourage you to give it a try. Start small with boosters or part-time use and see how it feels for you. Everyone’s journey is different, but you might just find, like I did, that cloth diapers are worth the effort!

this post is a bit different. hope you enjoy.
a while back i was instructed to do what is shown in the video. this instruction was a bit of the relationship dynamic, but also a part of the path to acceptance.
anyway, i get asked about this from time to time so i finally just made a video. i suspect some of you might enjoy if your brain hasn't already wandered to this sort of predicament on its own. ;)
(note that my timer goes up to 99 hours though I believe they make some that can go well beyond that)
enjoy responsibly. ok!?
PS: understanding how water valves work on toilets (and for sinks, same concept!) is also really useful in case there is ever a flood situation. so, this video is instructional and handy. how about that!

After over a year in diapers, I was allowed to choose my underwear for the forseeable future. Of course, my daddy wanted to make sure I understood the pros and cons of each option.
After lots of thinking, I chose pullups. Despite how badly I miss big girl panties, I have far too many accidents to be trusted in them. Maybe, if I'm a very good girl, I'll be allowed to try them in a few months (pending good behavior, of course).
