My probably last post here. This is about my short time in this fandom and what I saw there, nothing too long.

As much as I liked the game, I can't say same about the fandom. Some people in it are really fucking pissing me off, I'm not gonna name those people but I just want this to be an warning to new people that there are some people who will threaten you if you headcanon/draw or write certain characters as gay, trans or just ship them with other canon characters, especially if you post on deviantart (as this is where they are mostly active)

Activision only cares about CoD, the chances of new guitar hero game are lower than 0 at this point, and even if there was one, it would probably be full of microtransactions for the smallest shit or end up like that saints row remake

quick little sketch of marcus + some headcannons !

• marcus has a severe case of resting bitch face; he looks mean but he’s actually just shy and a little quiet/distant. doesn’t mean he isn’t afraid to speak his mind, however

• marcus cares about working out to keep his physique about as much as he cares about playing the guitar. he uses working out and playing guitar as a way to escape his troubles and relax himself

• his hair is his pride and joy, and he spends lots of money on expensive hair products to both make his hair voluminous and shiny, and to prevent split ends (also, his hair conditioner smells like cheesecake. i just think it’d be funny because he’s tall and muscular, and then his hair conditioner is just 🍰✨) . his hair is also about waist length, and he views it as “his shield from the world”

• he is secretly a total hippie, just like his parents !

• marcus is a perfectionist to the max; he will spend hours in the studio just to get a riff just perfect. marcus doesn’t care if he’s in the studio all night, he just wants his guitar to sound perfectly played and perfectly tuned.

• he is close to the rest of his band (riki, shirley, and matty)

• he is the cousin of skwisgaar skwigelf from dethklok (metalocalypse) ! he is years younger than skwisgaar (probably about 5-6 years younger), and he was inspired to start playing guitar because of him. marcus doesn’t talk to skwisgaar much because they’re both always so busy with their own things, but they get along decently well !

I would prefer if my AU version of Johnny was not drawn in romantic/sexual relationship with women, thank you. Clothes/body shape stay the same as they are in game, I suck at drawing *shrugs*

1 - prehensive tail. You can both drink and play guitar even though your tail might be too strong for glass sometimes

2 - Mohawk as crest. Warrior Johnny being able to move his crest like some avians/dinosaurs. Mostly when he is angry or stressed. Also being able to move his ears

3 - forked tongue and sharp teeth, just because I thought that would be cool. Also purple, just because

4 (not marked, shown) - able to retract his spikes, leaving visible scars in the way. Also has claw nails

5 (not shown/mentioned) - bottoms of his hands/feet are like of some reptiles which allows him to climb on walls
