      in fact he does not answer the question, it was no ones business as it as not this STRANGERS. there is a certain anger that is boiling within him, if there is anything he hated more was people wandering onto his property. arms would cross at his chest, ‘you reek of death.’ he muttered, which he is certain he just might too, necromancer thing — was it not? ‘all I know is that your destination is not here, don’t you have a home to scurry off to?’

  “Uh-huh. You ever heard of the phrase ‘pot callin’ the kettle black’? ‘Cause you don’t smell so lively either.” If Harley had been expecting a warm welcome from the stranger, he would have been disappointment. It’s a good thing he didn’t, nor did he expect an answer to any of his questions ( and, by proxy, that meant that the stranger wasn’t going to be getting any true answers from Harley either).  But he’s not going to give up and leave well enough alone either.      “Nah, I ain’t got a home,” His gaze flits past the man. “--But, looks like you do. A real warm one - with food in it, no doubt.”

Harley is quite literally hollow. If he was cut open, you’d just find a mesh of black tar on the inside. He used to have organs, but after a while his ‘demon’ began to reform its’ host to allow it more influence. This grants Harley a lot more power than he should have, but he’s sacrificed his humanity in the process.

“Busy doin’ what, exactly?”    The question isn’t one Harley expects an answer to. He knows what he looks like - no-one needs to remind him of the red-rimmed eyes or the gaunt and hollowed out angles of his features. Or maybe the guy was talking about his clothes ( torn, frayed, stained red in places that Harley hadn’t bothered to wash out ). Regardless, he smiles. “I’m never lost. I jus’ don’t have a set destination, that’s all.”
