Day 25: Family - Sansa Stark
Interpretation of this personal sigil: First notable point is that the artist has chosen an oval shield, something Sansa shares with Catelyn. In England women bear their arms on a lozenge, a diamond shape, but in continental Europe they use an oval -- iirc the artist has mentioned that English is not their first language so I'm assuming that's the preference for the oval, not that Westeros is England anyway lol. (And I presume that Arya didn't get an oval because hers was the artist's first design in this series, or because she doesn't often act as a traditional lady.) As for the rest -- the supporters are a grey direwolf for House Stark (which may also symbolize her direwolf Lady), and the Maiden of the Seven. The Maiden shares Sansa's auburn hair and has a "little bird" on her shoulder; a blue bird, like Sansa's blue eyes (which all the direwolves in this coat of arms also have). The Maiden also carries a bouquet of purple flowers, not sure which ones exactly, but purple flowers often symbolize nobility, success, and tradition; lavender flowers often symbolize grace, elegance, and youth.
On the shield, which is white for House Stark, are an auburn-colored direwolf, presumably symbolizing Sansa herself, with Lady the direwolf beside her. Lady is collared with a chain that is either shortened for art purposes or deliberately depicted as broken, perhaps to symbolize her tragic death or to symbolize how Sansa was "collared" by the Lannisters but has now escaped them. (The auburn direwolf has no collar.) The shield is divided by a wavy horizontal line for House Tully, with the Tully trout on blue below, for Sansa's maternal heritage. The crest is a red rose, probably referring to the rose granted to Sansa at the Hand's Tourney. Above it is a chain bearing dark purple amethysts, presumably referring to the hairnet of strangler crystals that Sansa unknowingly wore to the Purple Wedding. And the compartment is weirwood branches for House Stark, the same as all the artist's designs for these Stark family personal sigils.
Day 25: Family - Catelyn Tully
Interpretation of this personal sigil: Like Sansa's, she has an oval-shaped shield for a noblewoman. The supporters are the Mother and the Crone of the Seven. The Mother wears the blue and red of House Tully, and is pregnant, and may also symbolize young newlywed Catelyn. The Crone is grey-skinned in black, and may also symbolize Lady Stoneheart. The shield is divided-- the upper half is the silver trout of House Tully (with Catelyn's blue eyes), on blue, with a red wavy line as a separator. (edit: Possibly the red line could symbolize blood, for the Red Wedding; see also Robb's sigil.) Beneath it are the nine black bats on yellow of House Whent, Catelyn's maternal heritage. The crest is a hand with a bloody cut on it, to symbolize the wounds Catelyn received protecting Bran from his assassin. And the compartment is weirwood branches for House Stark, the same as all the artist's designs for these Stark family personal sigils. The motto was spoken about Lady Stoneheart, but has always applied to Catelyn as well.
Day 25: Family - Rickon Stark
Interpretation of this personal sigil: The supporters are a black direwolf with green eyes, Rickon's direwolf Shaggydog, and a unicorn to symbolize Skagos (where Rickon currently is sheltering). The shield is divided into three parts, two above and one below -- its primary right half is grey for House Stark, featuring Shaggydog albeit with a unicorn horn in his forehead, presumably symbolizing Rickon himself. The left half is white for House Stark, with four other grey direwolf heads, as Rickon is Eddard and Catelyn's fifth child. The lower part of a shield is divided by a wavy line for House Tully, and bears the Tully silver trout on blue for Rickon's maternal heritage. The crest is once more the black direwolf with a unicorn horn, atop a silver knight's helm for members of the nobility. And the compartment is weirwood branches for House Stark, the same as all the artist's designs for these Stark family personal sigils.

“Rickon,” Bran said softly. “Father’s not here.”
“Yes he is. I saw him.” Tears glistened on Rickon’s face. “I saw him last night.”
“In your dream…?”
Rickon nodded. “You leave him. You leave him be. He’s coming home now, like he promised. He’s coming home.”
