@auxkokabiel:
It took El quite a long while before finding his voice to reply. “I’m sorry?” Stuttering, the elf felt his eyes widen at Adara’s claim. He has never blackmailed anyone before and never did he planned to in the future.
He reaches for the other’s shoulder, a soft stroke in an attempt to soothe Adara’s mood as El felt her aura getting more and more dense. He then blinks, eyes darting to and fro different parts of the floor, trying to remember what could have made Adara think that he could and would do such a thing.
“A-Adara, I- I don’t understand what you meant by that. ”
Adara was not sure if Kokabiel was not used to modern human slangs like her, or if he simply was that naive, but for her it was quite obvious that she was joking however she has quite a dry humor, not many people would actually grasp on her jokes and this was one of those cases.
At his reaction, she initially blinked in confusion but then just burst out in laughter she covered her mouth-- she couldn’t believe he even went as far as to touch her shoulder in comfort. Did she really seemed that stiff? What was wrong with him? The female simply couldn’t stop laughing for a few minutes before she could manage to put together proper ways.
“Ah-- El you’re so silly.. I was clearly joking?”
