Minecraft is a world that exists within code, the real world does exist, but Minecraft isn't very popular and is known for being very buggy. A bunch of people kinda just live there, and they see reality as being very realistic while people who play the game see it as being a normal block game. Avery found a way to jump world to world after Derek merged with KIY and went missing, and he's been hunting the KIY for three years now, while also hunting other entities for "practice." No one, including the Baron, can permanently die, and they get respawned! Since Baron is a slime he can also just reconstruct himself :)

I'm pretty much free on every RP except for like, NSFW, and like, dead dove stuff. I am perfectly fine with crossovers, and I am perfectly fine with doubles and talking to more than one of the same character and stuff!

For a description of Baron: He's actually pretty knowledgeable about entities and stuff (been doing this for three years!) but most of his knowledge is how to kill them, not how to avoid them LOL. He's pretty determined and rather bloodthirsty(?) when fighting things are involved, and he's rather cocky and ambitious about what he can do. He doesn't want the same thing that happened to him to happen to anyone else, yada yada.

You see an odd person walking in the forest. They appear as a strange monstrosity that was clearly human once. Their ice-like tail is curled around them as a makeshift shield, and their almost demonic red horns have a strange sheen to them. The small avian and bat wings on their back flap gently as they move. They look around, confused, before calling out.

“Hello? Is anyone there?”

Then they say something to themselves more quietly, but still audible.

“What is this place?”

The person sees but a glimpse of red before a very green slime construct with unnaturally light blue eyes appeared in front of them, they seem friendly, but their movements were weirdly controlled.

Avery decided that he was simply traveling today; getting out of the backrooms was exhausting in itself without the bounty's he got already running out of their deadlines. Having a break was nice, so Avery decided to take his time between the next travel point.

He had spotted the person from high ground, worried for a moment that they were an entity due to their strange appearance, but he recognized the familiarity within the person's voice, and who is he to not help?

Avery, being the hunter he is, made sure to keep largely out of sight, which wasn't hard due to the trees, the hill he was on, and the high, mid-day sun.

It wasn't until he was rather close that he decided to show is presence, quickly deciding that this person was not a threat and that he had no need for his "red form." He felt his psuedo-skin loosen as he made sure his stance was wide, smile friendly, and muscles relaxed in an attempt to not be declared a threat.

"Hello, fellow wayfarer! Welcome to some mysterious, unnamed forest some-place in these realms," this forest had no name, and he hadn't been in this realm long enough to know any nearby territories; only that he wasn't in any claimed land. "It's really quite nice to see someone else in these parts! Are you lost by any chance?"

He extended his hand for a handshake, continuously reminding himself to keep his posture open and his smile sunny, over and over like a mantra.

Player blinks, tail unwrapping from around themselves after reading the other as friendly. They smile back sheepishly, accepting the handshake.

“Yeah, I don’t remember much of how I got here. Last thing I remember, I was helping Calypso and the Cap’n around camp, then falling through something, and then I woke up here.”

Avery keeps his smile warm. He could relate, something similar happened to him a little while ago, especially with the falling through something... Avery might never get over that whole situation in the Backrooms.

He wondered briefly if random transportation is a common anomaly, someone's code, or whatever makes up their being, becoming unstable for just a second in time and transporting somewhere. Or it's just some force of some kind.

He shoos away the thought to focus on the stranger.

"That sure is weird! I'm glad you didn't pop up anywhere dangerous, and you're lucky that I was near!" He then added in a lower voice, as if it were a secret, "I am very good at keeping people safe, you see." He grinned, hoping that displaying himself as being overly confident, (or something? The words sounded awkward in his mouth.) Would be at least a little amusing.

"What's your name, stranger? And, if you may, where are you from? If I know the place I can probably help get you back there, or at least look for it to help you." He gripped his hands on the straps of his backpack, noting that keeping his hands busy and away from the sword at his hip can be seen as another way that he wont do any harm, even if he was successful at not being seen as a threat.

“Oh! Where are my manners, I’m Player, if you need my full name I can tell you.”

You notice five blades on their belt, one simple iron blade, one glittering like it was carved from ice, one glistening like it was made from pure venom, one you can’t quite see fully, and one glowing like embers. Player offers their hand for a handshake.

Avery pauses in confusion at the handshake - they've already hand-shook, but who is Avery to judge? He shook their hand.

"Heya, Player! Nice to meet you." He paused as he racked his brain once more, his question wasn't answered, maybe they don't need help finding their way back? "Would you like me to help you try and find your way home?"

He takes partial note of the daggers, they weren't anything exactly fancy - at least for Avery - and he saw this person as a friend, no need to check for their strengths and weaknesses!

”Yes please, I’m very lost.” They smile at him, flexing their talons in a fidgety way. They gesture for him to lead the way, feeling a lot more comfortable now that they have a companion.

"Alrighty!" Avery turned around and began walking back up the hill. "So, if you know, where exactly did you come from? If I know it I can definitely help you." He walked through the minor-ly difficult terrain with ease, matching his pace with Player to talk to them.

Further up the hill, the trees slowly grew sparse before light shone easily though the tree branches. Water trickled nearby, and unfamiliar birds chirped overhead.

“Right! I was in the camp in the Scorched Dunes, near Vermillion Village. There’s also a temple nearby but…. I highly recommend not going near there.” They look guilty when they mention the temple. Something happened there.

They also travel with relative ease, taloned feet gripping the terrain to help them walk. Occasionally they almost trip, but their wings will flap a bit more and they recover.

Avery paused as he racked his brain. "Alright... I might have to do some research work. Do you know the exact name of your universe? Some universes have titles, like the one we are in is called 'Songs of Pipers.'"

They both reached the top of the hill, making it upon a sunny path in a rather large clearing. Avery begins following it.

"Does the temple have a high religious reach? If so, whats the name? That might be easy to find." He pointed out, just trying anything he could grasp his hands on. There are infinities of universes after all.
