I have been pestered about fish as of late… I now am quite curious about what they taste like… and where to get some when I visit Pyrrhia… if you’d be willing to field such questions.

When raw, fish tastes rather oily and tangy. However, fish and other meats are usually cooked, as Icewings are one of the only tribes that enjoy their meats raw. I've personally found myself enjoying some cooked foods recently, and there can be many different flavors that can be reached through cooking, or any of the other forms of cooking.

First of all, it mostly depends on what fish you are talking about, there are different kinds and each typically have different flavors and textures, I am going to talk about the simple salmon, as it is very common within markets due to its presence in both rivers and the oceans depending on the season.

When baked in honey, salmon can be very sweet and tangy. Seasonings are typically added to make the flavor more rich. These forms of salmon can be found usually within the Mud kingdom, or through market stands advertising as making traditionally Mudwing-styled foods, however this is not a specifically Mudwing dish.

Salmon is also grilled, forms of citrus may be added if you are more up north, (Sky kingdom,) and more spices may be added if you are more down south. (Sand kingdom.) This is the most common form, it's accessible and rather easy to do, all the while being very flavorful.

Salmon may also be baked into sushi, I do not know much about it personally as I am living in an area where it isn't common, but sushi seems to be rice with something else, sometimes salmon, and then with seaweed wrap. This is common near the Sea kingdom and the Ice kingdom, and I haven't seen much market stands selling this food, but It may be more common around Seawing territory or just generally by the oceans.

You can find fish in pretty much every water source, but there are sometimes restrictions on fishing in some areas, and the oceans can be pretty dangerous, so do watch out for that. But you can buy fish in almost every market, as well as buying fish-related dishes in almost every market. There are a few here in Sanctuary and I know of a few in Possibility.
