random yellowjackets thoughts now that s4 is in production:

i am honestly sooo concerned about how season 4 is going to turn out. season 3 was fun to watch while it was airing but the execution of the adult plotline literally sickened me, the way lottie and van were disposable just for what? hilary swank? like okay.. and im saying that as someone who did enjoy that shauna got with melissa. and lowkey i think the whole frog research team plot point was very stupid and idk how anyone could care about hannah. whatever im afraid i used to glaze season 3 so hard but in retrospect it is a hot mess. i do think the way people approach shauna’s characterization especially in the teen timeline in season 3 is deeply insensitive to her circumstances and likening her to a cartoon villain is probably one of the stupidest things to come out of the fandom being infested with 14 year olds on tiktok

a couple months ago i did a press on set of nails inspired by house bolton! i’ve never done actual nail art before so some of it looks a little odd but im proud of them nonetheless! the thumbnail is supposed to be the dreadfort and the pinky nail is a dog’s teeth. whenever i have more time, i’ll get around to doing nails for all of the houses
