I don’t remember who it was by but I remember seeing an idea about a twisted wonderland batsib! reader crossover and had some thoughts (specifically with a neglected reader)
Just thinking about reader ending up at NRC and trauma bonding with Leona. Maybe during book two or three? Not sure but I feel like if they were given an opportunity to open up to each other about their pasts they’d form a kind of kinship.

Thinking about how both Reader and Leona grew up feeling unwanted and not good enough. that their family legacies were so much greater than themselves, that they could never live up to it. Both were severely affected by their childhoods and grew to be different but the same the same but different.

Reader has been Bruce's wife/partner/husband since they were both in their twenties. (way longer than Damians been alive.)
And when the batfam finds out that Damian exists, they kinda just assume that Bruce cheated on reader with Talia. So they don’t bring it up thinking reader will get upset or angry and kinda just give Bruce the cold shoulder for a while. Cause how dare he cheat on reader!
Then Bruce and Talia and reader are all in the same place at the same time for (insert plot here) and the batkids are all scared about what's gonna happen. Also lowkey interested? Like is reader gonna throw hands? Did Talia know Bruce was married? Is Bruce about to get his ass beat by the both of them?
But to everyone's surprise, reader and talia get… along?

In fact, reader seems almost flustered by Talia. Is Talia flirting???
Because unlike what all the kids assumed, Bruce did not in fact cheat on reader but got roped into a relationship with both of them, and that reader was in fact very aware of Talia and Bruce.
