So Last Week...

I had this dream where Gravity Falls was completely warped. The sky was red, there was a tear in space, there were flying eyeballs turning people to stone.

It was all truly horrible!

I can’t remember much, I was running through the streets, trying to get home where it’s safe.

It wasn’t safe.

The earth shook, again and again and again, and then...

The breath from my lungs vanished, I could not move a muscle or blink, and it was completely terrifying. I’ve never felt so hopeless.

Good thing I woke up and it was all a dream!

Along with this message I received a key and an occlupanid in a black envelope. I’m not too well versed in these coded messages but I have a feeling there must be something to the contents of the envelope.

I don’t know where to begin with this.

Okay my dear readers, I took another look at the key and it has “Vigenère“ etched into the side. I wonder if this is a potential clue? Does anyone recognize it? I’ve attempted to get in contact with Dipper or Ford but I’ve yet to receive a reply from either.

If this is a letter from Bill Cipher I doubt it’s even worth deciphering. The last message from him was… an experience that we really shouldn’t talk about. In any case I have a feeling this isn’t him.

What bothers me is the bread tag. Why send me that of all things? I’ve made my feelings towards bread and wheat-based products perfectly clear. What does it mean? Occlupanid?

The anatomically correct hearts are an odd touch. They are drawn in red ink while the letter itself is in gold and a metallic violet. It’s exceptionally well written, I could never write so elegantly myself. I’m actually a bit jealous.

Let’s hope the contents are not malicious. Though if this is indeed a love letter like I initially expected upon receiving it, then I’m not entirely sure how I would be feel about that either. I still feel like I’m being watched, as though the trees themselves are watching me.

Perhaps we will make progress with this letter by Friday. Hopefully. I’ll ask around town to see if anyone knows who may have written the letter.
