The creature has received a name! I ended up going with Fion (rather than Ffion, because I don’t want to have to explain the spelling lol). It’s Welsh for foxglove, and I only settled on this after 6 days because he was digging in the cat litter box and I had to cycle through all the names to scold him, and Fion was the only one that sounded correct. So Fion it is!
