Happy Birthday to Arcee's G1 VA, Sue Blue! (AND ME!!) I figured i'd draw arcee for the occasion. She's also one of my favorite transformers, so it worked out nicely.

I saw your other Slice post and how you said she is a “nasty beotch” lol. My OC Venture is also a a proud bitch so I was wondering if Slice is the kind of mech who would just not care and pay Venture no mind or would she be someone who enjoys joining forces for even bigger bitchier results total mean girls style?

Slice is not a... rude female.... in a classic like, mean girls sense, rather she's VERY commanding, very bossy, ruthless, and just likes to yell. She's cold and calculated kinda bitch lol. (She's also the kinda bitch who HATES starscream,,, lol) But I think she totally would befriend Venture if it had some kind of goal in mind, she probably wouldn't if there wasn't an OBJECTIVE, if that makes sense.

Hello! I meant to comment more on your TF Oc but figured this way would be easier so I wanted to ask more about Slice! Is she from a certain continuity? Does her initial Insecticon design bleed over any into her character now? Would love to hear more about her!

AHHHH Thank you so much for asking... She is mostly meant to be a TFP oc! Originally, when I first designed her, not only was she an Insecticon, she was also a triple changer?? She turned into both a Mil-Mi 24 Helicopter and a Green Rainbow Stag Beetle... but.. I dunno it seemed pretty Mary Sue to me, so I cut off the actual turning into a bug thing, because I thought the Russian attack helicopter was cooler. (She has a Russian accent heh). BUT! A lot of her bug like design choices stay into play still. The antenna like pieces on her helm, the yellow optics, and the sharp teeth are nods to a more animalistic style of cybertronian? She also has digitigrade legs! And little toes (Similar to TFP Megatron's feet) Her helicopter blades fold into two distinct little "cape like" shapes on her back, which are clear and yellow, which somewhat represent beetle wings!! Another HUGE part of her character is that she has to EAT! Like, not just energon, actual.. stuff, (Just like the Insecticons in G1. They are MONSTER machines lol.) Sometimes its just large pieces of metal, organic matter, etc etc. But she's very cool and I like her a lot. Also in some of her earlier designs she had two sets of arms!! But that was hard to draw lol. So I ditched it...She also used to have mandible kinda things next to her mouth, but i thought that looked stupid. I play around with that aspect of her sometimes when drawing, but i usually don't like it. if I find any good drawings of her old design I will post them... But PLEASE if you wanna ask more just do so I'm so happy to talk about her.
