Fall has returned and so have the pounds. I’ve already bulked up over ten pounds in less than a month & I’m back to 230 thanks to the generous guys on Patreon.

Thanks for all the support and encouragement on the fast regain! I’m going to start clearing out messages here and the discord, but my main focus will still be on Patreon so give me a shout there if it’s anything time sensitive!

I didn’t have much food the last few days, finally went grocery shopping today and ate all night. A bag of chips, a carton of juice, carrots with ranch dressing, two meal replacement shakes, two sandwiches, and a Snickers bar.

I’m so fucking full I can barely breathe, feels amazing
