Ruthless Rhymes for Martial Militants. These conservative cartoons from ~1913 depicting angry suffragettes as brutal anarchafeminists were somehow actually supposed to make the subjects look bad, instead of amazingly badass.

Noooooooooooo!
@badheadit
I was fucking around with composite nodes in Blender and made this as a test for Radeon ProRender.
This is an approximate 1:100 scale model of a soviet Vostok-L 8K72 rocket I made for art class. The flags are not to scale.
We were told to design a tattoo in my art course last month, so i made one in the memory of an absolute legend. This gentleman joined the Wehrmacht as a way to get to the eastern front to join the Soviet Partisans. He was killed by Nazi firing squad in 1944 after being captured and taken to Minsk. He was a lifelong communist who died fighting for his beliefs. He was posthumously awarded Hero of the Soviet Union and the Order of Lenin in 1964.

Another point for why itās important to own your own copies of music and media, and not use streaming services, is because the copy you own canāt be taken back.
(This is also a good time to remind people that yout*be to mp3 converters still exist).
please don't tell me you guys are ripping songs one at a time for the quality and getting mp3 -_- here's what you should actually do:
1. sign up for a free deezer account 2. download python if you don't already have it 3. download deemix-pyweb for your os (r/deemix will have the link if this one breaks) 4. extract the zip, click on deemix-pyweb.exe, login in w/ your deezer arl in settings (it'll tell you how, it's very easy)
ta-da! now you can download multiple songs, albums, playlists, and entire artist catalogs at the same time! in mp3 or flac quality! all organized w/ album covers & info & everything else!
also, you can convert any spotify playlists you have to deezer ones using soundiiz, or thru deemix itself. enjoy! šµ
if youāre into Torrenting, rutracker.orgĀ is a russian website you can use for music. just make an account and use the search bar to find high quality music torrents! Chrome automatically translates the site too. i literally found everything i was looking for there.
rutracker.org also lets you have a very small soviet flag as your country icon.

Posters of the first intifada
The poster tradition is an exceptional element of Palestinian cultural heritage. Palestine posters created by artists at the time of the first Intifada provide a unique lens through which todayās audiences can gain insight into the attitudes and aspirations of people directly involved in the resistance as it emerged. The Palestine Poster Project Archives contains 230 posters in its āIntifadaā Special Collection (posters that contain the word āIntifadaā or obvious visual references to the Intifada). Above is a selection of posters from around the first year of the Intifada that provide a representative history of that watershed event
