yeah yeah rainbow capitalism is bad and whatever but like. when I was a child, being pro gay was not the popular or lucrative choice. I'm happy that times have changed.

I miss rainbow capitalism. I do. I miss when it felt like public opinion was still pro gay. I understand it was always an empty gesture, but it mattered in a sense of knowing how socially acceptable being queer is. If that makes sense.

what people don’t understand about how adhd is disabling is that it’s not just getting temporarily distracted from, like, school work or hobbies. it’s getting distracted/being unable to motivate yourself to go to the doctor, eat regularly, do hygiene tasks, etc. it’s not knowing when or how long it will take you to do something, ANYTHING, and in many cases that thing is taking a shower or keeping your house from turning into a biohazard. it’s about being fundamentally incapable of controlling your attention and focus on anything, even and especially things you need to do to survive.

Title Track: SPARK (Debut!AU)

Omg guess what? Ro FINALLY sat down with me and finished out this first chapter of the Title Track series! :D So the cool thing I think about the Title Tracks is that it's all about how the ot5 became romantically involved! It's the group of chapters that I have the MOST notes/planning on, and I really am excited to go through this plotline!

SPARK focuses on Romance and Abby, and how this entire thing "sparked". Up until now (RIGHT in the middle of their debut lol) all of the boys had been friends and idol members together. Some have been friends longer than the group had been together (see: Babystery, RoJinu), but they're all pretty close at the point this starts.

I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it! Thanks so much for giving my cute lil au a chance <3

ok sorry to double reblog BUT I just looked him up and he does these fantastic videos where he breaks down HOW he actually mimics the other artists’ styles. Like for ed Sheeran, he explains how he brings his voice forward in the mouth, while Adam Levine sings in the back of the mouth, stuff like that. You know as an American born in the late 90s I’ve watched my country blow up foreigners on tv supposedly in the interest of national security since I was a toddler but quite frankly we live on a natural fortress of a continent with friendly nations to our north and south and have been attacked on our own soil literally two times in the past hundred years and we have military bases on every inhabited continent on earth. It’s never made sense to do these things for “national security”. It never will make sense unless you value the shareholders of weapons companies over the lives of children. And apparently a concerning amount of people do.
