To be honest I went without many expectations but eventually got a long queue!

During the past months have been doodling a lot, mostl likely because got a deal with a venue, so now I do every friday or so!

Kalos Trio

To be very honest, I’ve been wanting to art them for a while. I don’t precisely remember when I first read about these three being friends but I SUPPORT THIS from the bottom of my heart.

Handfasting Ceremony.

For a while I've been wondering: "If they got married what kind of rituals they would do? How would they dress? Would they Ask piers to officiate instead of Raihan because they knew he would spend half ceremony taking pictures?" And then I bumped on some images of handfasting, and after investigating it I loved the idea that Lee and Emi did this and was considered a galarian tradition.

And this led to that, some more investigation on traditions (and how to draw Kilts) and here we are! I'm happy with the piece and enjoyed a lot the progress (of which I have videos I intend to upload somewhere eventually ?)

“The four knights of nerd”

This singular group of friends formed during their challenge trip. First, Emile and Leon were very close childhood friends. Then Raihan, who previously bullied Emi for claiming herself as the new “King Solus”, joins them after finding that they have a common taste for old galarian medieval novels. And at the end Piers joins them, he’s not a big fan of the old cheesy books like the rest of them, but found in those nerds a great group of friends (that and he had a crush on Emi after she acted very kindly towards Marnie).

After their challenge was over (and Emile hospitalized for almost losing a leg), they separate due to all their different prospects. The only two who keep constant contact is Emi and Piers, who consider each other as best friends and have periodically calls as she moves to Kalos for therapy and training under the tutelage of Siebold. In the meanwhile the three left keep meeting as the years pass by.

Surprisingly, many years later the tomboy of the group returns (too late to see her sister punt her friends in the middle of a stadium) and a group update is in order.
