I want a man who sees my gifts and pushes me in them. Who makes me better. Who is excited for me when I’m excited about something. Who wants to pursue all God has called us to. So much of what I want to do, I can’t do alone in a marriage. I could do it alone if I was single, but not in a marriage. More processing on that last piece later...

Wow, it’s September 2021 and I’m interviewing for a new job where I could really use all my gifts and I’m doing it alone. What’s more: I don’t WANT to do it together.
