I want to enjoy the beauty of autumn and winter but short days and the cold really fuck me up. I want to start preparing early so hopefully it's easier this time so I will write a list of things for me to do that will make it less depressing

- Eat warm soup at dinner after tiring day

- Sleep next to hot water bottle

- Keep packet of cat food on every bag

- Restrictions on sad songs

- Sleep and wake up early

- Go on walks

- Get sturdy umbrella

- Go home every friday

- Light candles

- Restrictions on sad posts

- Count down days until solstice

- Look at warm yellow tinted autumnish pictures

- Study at library

- Keep up with friends and family

- Do not sulk

- Study by fireplace at home

- Decorate dorm with cozy winter things
