“Well, I guess I’m just a walking contradiction then, like you said.” he leaned back putting his hands up behind his head. “I also can’t help looking out for people. It’s just who I am..” he said quietly. “Sorry for assumin’. Just a habit of mine.” he said. When he flicked his cigarette it caught his eye and he watched it soar in the air a little ways away. Then he looked up at him after the brief moment of silence. He’d-.. woah, he actually said his name, huh? Interesting. One step closer. “The Sky, huh?” he said, looking up at the actual translation of Sora’s name.
“…Suits you. You’re a kid with limitless possibilities. Just like the sky.”
Sora let out a small sigh and glanced up at the clouds hung above their heads as well. If there was one thing in the world he loved most, it was the sky. It wasn't because of his name, he just found it a lot more interesting than the ground. He wanted to be up there and not down here.
"I dunno why you keep talkin' like you know me so well." How the hell was he supposed to know if his possibilities were endless? "You sound like a fortune cookie." A boot kicked into the sidewalk, and in front of them the two accident victims settled their conflict and drove off and the money truck had taken his business elsewhere. The street was boring now.
"N' stop callin' me kid. I'll be twenty next July. Besides how much older than me are you? You barely look a day over 20 yourself."
