Don’t change, grunty little guy
Bill Crisafi’s latest frog creation got me thinking...is everything frog now?
Some photos of Leonard Nimoy at the Pear Blossom Parade (Medford, OR; April, 1967.) This was one of the only times Nimoy went out in public, in costume.
Grand Marshal Spock feels very correct.

We're all just trying to not die.
day after thursday thoughts
Our big lab gets to stay with a friend while we’re gone. All we’ve ever wanted was for him to have a snuggle buddy.
It’s finally happened for him.
Happy he’s being spoiled and loved while we’re away but missing him tons. Now the question is…do we need another dog?

Looking for bathrooms from the year you were born led to some great results.
I’d like to talk about the dialog in “And Just Like That.” Every episode I finish, I wonder why I subjected myself to such garbage. Then I remember that watching garbage is part of the fun of television.
Hope all that garbage has a payoff.
Why do we stop sparkling?
I recently saw Sylvan Esso at the Palace in Saint Paul, MN.
There was a moment where Amelia (the lead singer) was spinning on stage and every inch of her body sparkled. She had applied glitter gel to her whole body and I wondered, why do we stop sparkling? There’s a point in our lives, especially as women, where we transition from child to adult. At that point, we stop wearing iridescent sparkly clothing/makeup and try to fall in line.
But why stop?
This women, dancing on stage, sparkling, feeling it. All of it.
I will sparkle more.
