As Chini is casually relaxing on her couch inside the cabin, a distant noise catches her attention.

She hears a muffled sob from somewhere, and then running steps, they sound frantic...

It's still quite far from where she is.

"..?" Chini turns her head to the noise until they stop.

'' What the hell-" she gets up from her couch and observes the glass windows with suspicion. More muffled sobs is heard in the distance,

"A person? Are they lost-" she says to herself before opening up the door and grabbing her phone to turn on the flashlight.

Leaves and twigs crunch as Chini traverses further through the forest, she spots a faint figure sat against the tree- the sobs echoing through the woods,

Cautiously, she approaches the noise, "Excuse me- Are you lost-?"

The person turns out to be Akai?!

What is she doing in the middle of the forest..?

Her sobs awfully sound painful too, the sobs stop briefly but they involuntarily continue.

..a small petal , or two fell out of her sleeve and somewhere around her hair.

As she heard Chini's voice, her head shoots up, looking around until she spots her.

and then, her eyes widen, tears brimming and roll down, now her partially uncovered face.

She desperately wants to speak up, but she can't find her voice.

Her eyes widen as she sees Akaiz' state- she then, frantically kneels and lays her phone down, "Akaiz- what happened-?"

Another small petal falls, this time it lands on Chini's shoe, she looks down and takes notice of this, "...flowers?"

She sobs even further,

weakly attempting to tell her of what the hell just happened.

"I'm.. s.. so sorry"

She apologized for whatever the reason was..

Her voice lowering to a feeble,

sort of calming down to a sniffle, she winces in pain from something, enough to make her whimper.

Chini stares at the flower then to Akaize in confusion- "Sorry...? theres nothing to apologize for-" she pats her back in another attempt to comfort her, Chini then picks up the petal, "I think you dropped this though-"

The horror in her eyes, it couldn't be mistaken.

It really couldn't.

But, she hesitated as she shakily took it, from her

anyway.. she spoke, stammering with the next few words.

"I... um, t..thanks, chini.."

"I.. I'm really sorry for .. disappearing all of a sudden.."

She finally had the courage to explain to Chini , to as what her apology was, about.

However, when she finished, she winced again, it was really painful, when another one has bloomed.

"Hey, the only thing that matters is that you're here,"

Chini then notices Akaize's visible discomfort,

"Are you okay though-? What happened during the time you were gone-?" she pauses, then continues, "If you're comfortable with opening up of course-"

She decides to open up, it would be worth telling, and not leave the others confused...

"I was originally going to head to your garden, uh.

I was on my way there, already..

But.. I was a bit lost so I tried each possible shortcut.

and then, I happened to accidentally trip over a flower."

"... it had some vines, so you can't really blame.

of course it caught me off guard; even when I was looking where I'm heading off.."

She began fiddling with her sleeves whilst she explained, the pain and discomfort remained as albeit she was done with telling.

"My garden...?" she ponders for a while, before continuing-

"Akai- are you sure you were at the right garden at that time?"

... because-

I never had flowers in my garden."

Silence persists for a few more moments.

"um.. I think I definitely got a little lost indeed."

She tries to laugh it off, but to no avail,

she's cut off with another that bloomed, attempting to suppress the sharp; pained noise, this time.

"...I- I see." She says getting up from her spot,

"Akai- we should head back to my cabin and talk with the others tomorrow-" she says glancing at the petals once again,

"They need to know about this- ...and you need the help-"

She answers, her voice was, there was no doubt.

"I... yeah, we.. should."

...any more quiet and weak. which was definitely heard.

It was a bit more difficult to stand up due to the infection that took hold of her body,

but with a little more effort, she was able to get up.

Noticing the difficulty- Chini decides to look around for nearby sticks, "Wait right here-" she states before grabbing a bundle of sticks, leftover rope, and tying them up into DIY crutches,

She hands both crutches to Akaize, "Here- try it out, maybe it can help with walking the way back"

She took the crutches from Chini, surprised at how quick–Chini was with helping her out, but she paid no mind and nodded a little as a form of gratitude.

"Thank you..."

It surely helped with walking to the way back to Chini's cabin.
