Do you realize that Pepper loved Tony from years and years a decade, actually way before he became Iron Man, before he became a decent man. She loved him before he loved himself, before others learned to love him. She was always there, the only one who can actually see the good in him even when he himself couldn’t see it . She loved and supported him even when the world was not ready to love Tony Stark . She loved all his weaknesses more than his strength, and it showed it in every movie and every time with all her unconditional support, her loyalty to him and above all with respect for the life he had chosen despite knowing that one day that life would most likely take him away from her. When the worst day of her life arrived with much grace and strength she gave him the peace he needed before letting go. Guys Pepper Potts it’s the strongest avenger.

Tony has always seen her as the only person he could trust, his safe place, his heart the only person he did trust to make him change his arc reactor (his heart) the person he knew best about his essence, the only person who could read inside him and the only person to whom he showed his true essence and weaknesses . Pepper was his heart, his moral compass his personal hero from the beginning to the end she has always been the “real” redemption for him. Pepper was the only person who could get past his billionaire playboy mask. She was the only one who could see his fears, the real ones, his depth and his weaknesses, the person that nonetheless loved him and accepted him unconditionally. From his very first appearance until the last he has always shown that his love for her was the heart of the story of Iron Men, It’s her, like he always said “It’s always been you, she always heve been his personal superhero. (and I think everyone should give more consideration, respect and credit to Pepper’s character).

They were just two lonely people who, having no one, leaned on each other, becoming the most important people in each other’s life and thus becoming a family.

Tony and Pepper relationship had many highs and many lows but they have always been able to face all of them relying on each other. I think the way they had been written in such a real human way is what makes me say that they are the most beautiful, most real, most mature and powerful couple of all the MCU universe.
