Extract AppleApplicationSupport.msi and AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi

Install AppleApplicationSupport.msi (must be installed before AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi)

Install AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (do not change the installation directory)

Both AppleApplicationSupport.msi and AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi can be extracted from iTunesSetup.exe by using 7-zip.

Copy QTCF.dll, QuickTime.qts, QuickTimeVR.qtx (from QuickTime) to C:\Windows\System32\

Extract QTCF.dll, QuickTime.qts, QuickTimeVR.qtx from QuickTimeInstaller.exe then from QuickTime.msi

ชีวิตของหมอ โดยเฉพาะ extern และ หมอจบใหม่ เป็นชีวิตที่ไม่มีวันหยุดและอย่างน้อยต้องมาดูคนไข้ทุกวัน และเวลาอยู่เวรก็มันจะอยู่ข้ามคืน มีคนบอกว่าชีวิตของหมอต้องทำงานหนัก สมัยก่อนงานหนักกว่านี้ สมัยนี้เบาลงแล้ว ต้องขอบอกว่า งานหนักเพราะทำตัวเองหรือเปล่า ทำงานหนักนักก็มีพักบ้างก็ได้ เวรหนักนักก็แบ่งเป็น 8 ชั่วโมงแบบพยาบาลก็ได้ ไม่จำเป็นต้องอยู่ทั้งคืนถ้ามันไม่ไหว (แต่ถ้าเวรมันจะถี่มากก็ช่วยไม่ได้นะ แล้วแต่จะจัด) งานมันหนักเพราะเราเลือกเอง

I have noticed that when all the lights are on, people tend to talk about what they are doing – their outer lives. Sitting round in candlelight or firelight, people start to talk about how they are feeling – their inner lives. They speak subjectively, they argue less, there are longer pauses. To sit alone without any electric light is curiously creative. I have my best ideas at dawn or at nightfall, but not if I switch on the lights – then I start thinking about projects, deadlines, demands, and the shadows and shapes of the house become objects, not suggestions, things that need to done, not a background to thought.
