The Gazelle Masters at the Ontario Masters Championships were in the house this past weekend!!!!We raked in the medals this year!!! I got both Bronze medals in my 100m and 200m....but that elusive Personal Best is still not yet in my reach. I will however keep on training to get those PBs at the Canadian Championships coming up in two weeks. Awesome races and field events by my teammates as well! Huge Congratulations to ESMOND on passing his Police Prep Aerobic Shuttle run test!!!! Esmond came to me when he couldn't get past level 3. We worked on his fitness, speed and endurance and it took us 3 month of hard work and dedication. We went they some highs and we went thru some lows. But in the end the struggle was real and so was the effort. Esmond passed with no issues!!!
