can i be honest? i don’t like that concept art for our oc’s for smps becomes the canon look that everyone draws our characters like ;-; i don’t mean for my concept art to be the official “look” down to the details of the outfit. it’s more of an idea.

i like when people take our skins and get really creative with their interpretations. and i hate to see people think concept art means that look is locked in as canon and can’t be imagined any other way.

i want to see other interpretations of my skin, as if you never saw the concept art! i almost didn’t post my concept for the flight because i didn’t want people to take is as 100% accurate canon that can’t be changed or reimagined or even wrong from my own idea.

there’s so much creativity in the minecraft community among artists. i love seeing what comes from your imaginations, and the concept art comes from mine. you guys have way cooler imaginations than me!

Twisted wonderland oc idea

Gender non conforming Yuuho Kafuku is a sheltered kid with severe 8th grader syndrome (Chūnibyō) but i want them to be taken so seriously by the rest of the school because they are that confident in their delusions of power.

“oh the reason it cant read my power is because of how advanced my magic is. my cosmic abilities would shatter your mirror if i displayed my true power”

i think they would be deeply upset that they werent put into Diasomnia but then would convince themself that they were too powerful to be kept around normal students. then eventually some crazy shit goes down and they end up pulling a “road to el dorado” and pretending to be an all powerful mage.

Ok hear me out Project Mayday Au where the events take place less as a supernatural event in mc and more like a psychological break. like all the events that happened still happen but instead the set up is more like American McGee’s Alice and Alice madness returns. jumper is instead would go through less of a trauma based psychological break and more of a morality based one spurred on by intrusive thoughts and mixed with ones own religious persecution. you can even still keep the themes of fighting ones own psychological blocks. where the discordant noise can still represent the devil but also ones own dark thoughts. and the notes can still represent god but also the hope of the future and the determination to push forward while in situations of distress. like how in Alice she is both the red queen and Alice. there can even be a representation where she is her own white rabbit guiding herself through the mental turmoil.

But I’m curious on what your original intention behind Ze’s “I can’t get over my fear line”

I’ve been going crazy over it and have been linking it to a sort of fear of being helpless and lost. Ze without his guns and his usual things don’t get under his skin personality push. I think those two things could also very reasonably be linked to potential bootcamp traumas…

But as you’ve said, ReGect isn’t scripted and I don’t know if the bootcamp decision was a more recent one. So if you could I’d love to know what your original thought process was behind the fear line :).

(OOC) that line was kind of an irl thing for me. It’s just a message I think about alot. “If you can’t get over your fear, do it scared”. I think that phrase helped me a lot in my life and I hope that maybe it can help others.

Question for Shelby enjoyers! What do you guys headcanon c!Shelby to be species wise? I see her as an Avariel (which is a elf with wings; in my case, I would say she has dove wings, but not sure), or just an elf, because I think Shelby deserves to be something cool, other than human, but what about you all?
