Dream: Mayhaps....

Its been a while since I’ve been here. With a legit post. But these past couple of days I’ve had...an odd dream.

I’m walking up stairs. Literally just open stairs upward into the freaking heavens. The stairs are white, the sky around me..literally sky, with clouds and everything. Once in a while, a black screen pops up on one side of the stairs. Each one had a phrase on it. After a few, they just looped again. In order, the phrases went: 

“Mayhaps The Empress will forgive you.” 

“Mayhaps The Tower will understand” 

“Mayhaps Temperance will comfort you”

“Mayhaps Justice will teach you”

“Mayhaps The Chariot will guide you”

“Mayhaps The Fool knows what you did”

“Mayhaps you’ve ruined everything”

“Mayahps there’s no hope for you”

“Mayhaps....just maybe...”

To the day as I post this, I’m still walking up those stairs in my dreams. If I ever reach the top, I’ll be sure to post what I find. Until then...what do they mean?

Satoru Iwata. Rest In Peace.

I don’t know how I missed this when the news came, but...Nintendo CEO Satoru Iwata passed away on July 11th 2015.

I pretty much grew up with Nintendo, the Gamecube, (I was born after the N64′s lifespan, shame) Gameboy SP, The Wii, DS, DSi, 3DS, WII U, I was an avid fan, even if things weren't working out for them in recent years. 

My fondest memories honestly relate to the Mario Kart series, the GBA version, Super Circuit, was my first. I still remember racing on Rainbow Road for the first time...

Then there was Smash Bros. I can’t begin with Smash bros, I spent hours on end playing that series...Kirby and Marth...those were always, and still are, my favorite characters....

And Pokemon, let’s not leave them out...I started playing during Generation III, hooked ever since...

I does pain me to admit that I never did actually play a Legend of Zelda game... maybe I’ll go out and buy Majora’s Mask 3D...

I played Animal Crossing City Folk back in 2009, but I only recently got back into Animal Crosing with a ROM of Animal Crossing Wild World. I’ll buy New Leaf one day.

As a final close, I wish you good bye, Iwata. May the Rainbow Road lead to happiness.

Well it has been a long time. i dunno, I just never really cared about the blog that much. But now that I’m here, I might as well announce that I might start posting reviews of games I’ve been playing. Gives the blog some life, after all. So stay tuned.

So now what?

I've graduated High School. Which is cool.

But yeah...now what? Sure I’m planing to go to a community college, but I don’t mean “Now What?” in that sense.

I mean “Now What?” in a sense of loose ends I have with some internet friends.

I honestly can’t tell if I’m being ignored, or they really don’t see the stuff I send, or if they just want to be left alone, or if they don’t want to talk to me because of someone else (Which lasted 3 days, mind you. I ‘broke up’ with “that person”)

Part of me is scared to ask them why they don’t respond. But the other half says if I don’t step up I may never know. Hell, they probably wouldn't believe me even if I told the truth of what happened.

Worth a shot though...just gotta be ready for backlash, if any.
