skytober is back!

this year the prompts are a bit more vague, with the hope that they'll encourage people to step out of their comfort zone a bit and draw things they don't normally draw, especially interactions and scenes. but if you don't want to do that, that's totally chill too - you can do whatever.

the coloured prompts correspond to the release dates of the games (well, roughly. some of them have the same release date and superchargers came out in september LOL)

Finally done with my Magnapinna boy :> I always wanted to redesign Mariano, since I wanted him to look unique.

Here's some design stuff about Mariano \/ \/ \/

I based Mariano on a Magnapinna Squid (Bigfin Squid), so he's taller than other Inklings. His eyemask is also lowered (I'm not sure why, but I just thought it looked cool), and his pupil is shaped similarly to how a cuttlefish's pupils are. Also, since he's a Bigfin squid inkling, his tentacle hair is longer hehehe.. bald..
